    I placed an order for the Motionless In White ground coffee and coffee beans back in March 2024. The money was withdrawn from my account and I still havent received the product. I have continuously contacted the company with no response. I want the product and a full refund.

    I placed an order for roughly $50 worth of coffee in March of 2024 and still not received my order. I have attempted to contact the business via email and on their social media sites and they will not respond. I also see other people are also having the same issue.

    Ive ordered from this company several times with no issues. I placed two orders during a promo.I have never received either order. I reached out to the company twice from their site and once on social media with no reply.

    On March 26, 2024 I ordered 5 items and have yet to receive any part of my order, nor any response to multiple inquiries requesting a status date. No estimated shipping or response has been given. I want a full refund as this was a gift and has far exceeded the amount of time it should take to ship fresh coffee beans.

    I ordered from them on May 15 and still have not received my order. Ive emailed them, messaged them on social media and filled out a contact support form multiple times and have heard nothing back.

    I ordered 3 bags of coffee on May 10, 2024. One item was on backorder. Their website states it takes ***** business days to receive backordered items and that they will not ship your order until all items are available. As of today, June 7, 2024, my order is still listed as processing and it's way over the ***** business days processing time. I have sent 3 emails to the company for an update and all 3 have gone unanswered. There's no other way to contact them except by email. I find it to be very poor business practice to not return customer inquiries on orders especially ones that are still unfulfilled after 2 months. So, unfortunately I feel that there is no other option than to file a complaint as I have no.idea if I'm ever going to get my order because the company hasn't returned any of my emails asking for an update or estimated shipping time.

    I placed an order with Dead Sled coffee on April 28th of 2024. The order was for four bags of whole bean coffee totaling $80.31. Since the order was placed is has just stated that the order is processing. I have emailed them directly, messaged them on their website page, and tried contacting their social media pages as well for information regarding when my order will ship trying to see if there was any sort of delay with no answers back from them at all. Comments on their ******** page seems like it is happening to other customers as well. As well as their comments on Instagram being turned off completely. I would really just love to receive my order as this is my favorite coffee and have ordered from them before with no issues at all. Thank you

    Order #****** was placed on March 25, 2024 and is currently Processing.It is now the end of June. The company does not communicate with me. I just want a resolution. I sent multiple emails.

    I ordered a mystery box from Dead Sled coffee in March. *** tried to contact them about 15 times through their website and three times through ********* I never got a reply and never got an update on my order! If you look it up now it still says processing!

    I placed an order in March 26, 2024 for 3 bags of coffee for a total of $60.95. My payment posted to my bank on March 27, 2024. I had ordered from them in the past and knew that it could take some time to get my order. By the beginning of May I had not received my order or any information about my order. I reached out no less than 6-8 times over May and June and received no response. I emailed them, messaged them on instagram and ********* and the contact us section of their website. I received no response to any of my messages. I have searched for a telephone number for the company and have been unable to find one anywhere. I would like to receive the order that I already paid for or a refund. Thank you.
