    I placed an order on March 1, 2024 and I have not received it. I have contacted the company numerous times through email, ******** messenger, and most recently on their daily posts and no one has responded. The total for my order was $75.19 and it was a gift purchased for someone. It says on the **** tracking website that a shipping label was created on April 5, **** awaiting item. No other updates since then.

    I order coffe from them on March 30 and still have not gotten my coffe I was getting coffe from them before no problem now I'm having trouble contacting anyone they don't have no phone number that alone is suspicious I spent 31 bucks on coffe I want my coffe I don't understand what the problem I just my coffe I been waiting I'm done waiting I want my coffe are a refund and a call are a email

    I ordered a bag of coffee from this company on 3/15/24. I am still waiting for this order to be processed. Ive reached out via email twice, once on ********* once via their contact page on their site, and via tik tok with no response at all. Order number ******

    I placed an order initially on January 13 2024. The website told me what I ordered was on backorder. I got the notification that the order shipped on February 5, 2024. Whoever completed the order and made the shipping label got confused, I guess, and combined my shipping and billing address and tried to send my coffee to an address that does not exist, so no delivery was completed. I double checked the initial order to make sure I had put in the correct addresses, and I did. I contacted customer service on February 12th via email (no phone number listed) and let them know what happened and they promised to fix it. On February 22, I still had not heard anything from them and reached back out. Only then did I get a new order confirmation on February 26. I got the shipping notification on March 22 2024, only to see that they had sent it to the SAME invalid address as before. Clearly they just never even looked at my complaint. I want either my coffee or my refund, because this is just ridiculous.

    I placed an order on 11/28 and they never shipped it. I sent an email asking about my order and they said to wait to 10 business days. It has been over 10 days and I have sent them 3 emails with no response. I needed the order by 12/15 so since the deadline is past I want to cancel my order and receive a refund however they are not responding to my emails so in other words they took my money and didnt provide me the merchandise and are ignoring my emails so thats basically theft because they took my money

    I ordered coffee from this company in June and waited months to receive the coffee. I emailed them and they said they would have the coffee shipped promptly. They provided a tracking number but when trying to track the package it says the post office are still awaiting the package from the company. I continued to send emails to the company letting them know the post office is still awaiting the package and that I have not received my coffee still. They have stopped communicating with me and are no longer responding. I would like to receive the order that I already paid for or a refund. Thank you.

    On August 10, 2022 I purchased a bag of whole bean coffee from this business, whom I have purchased from before with no issues. The variety is one of their horror movie-themed collaborations called "IT Chapter Two Deadlights Blend." The price of the coffee was $14.99/bag, on sale from the regular price of $19.99, order number ******. Total with sales tax and shipping was $20.52. Ordinarily, I receive orders from them within a week and a half. I got an order confirmation email the same day. Eleven days had passed with no notification of the product being shipped, so I reached out to the company's customer service department via email on August 21 to inquire about the status of my order. A couple of days later, I got a response saying something to the effect of demand being higher than expected due to the sale on such a popular blend and that my coffee should be "roasting soon." I left it at that for a handful of weeks, with no further communication. A few days ago, I decided to reach out again via the contact form on their website but have not received any response thus far. Yesterday, I sent an inquiry to them via ******** Messenger asking for someone from the company to get in touch with me regarding this matter. I received an automated response saying to expect a reply within 1 business day, which has not happened yet, along with a recommendation to use the website contact form for order inquiries. (Which, as noted, I already did without success.) I am very frustrated by this and feel I have been ripped off, even if it was a fairly small amount. Sale price or not, it does not take over two months to ship one bag of coffee. It just doesn't, especially since they claim to roast orders fresh. Included are screen shots of my purchase receipt and communications from both my email and ******** Messenger. I want both the product that I paid for and a refund/store credit for the inconvenience.
