1 starI purchased a vehicle from these people and it broke down the very first hour of the first day. I returned the car with the same problem 4 times after that. I hardly had use of the vehicle, but had to uphold full coverage insurance on it and I made my payments. Five months later, I lost my job and Im about to lose everything I own. No vehicle is no job is no income. They refused to replace the vehicle, give a refund, or offer a rental. Nobody would return a phone call, from me or my mechanic, or the attorney general. They called to tell me they turned the *** on and I was driving my car. Yes, I had to pay the bill and it overheats on the highway only. I drove the car I thought I owned locally that weekend to try to work to pay them!!! I was asked to return it because I was 1 day late on a payment. So I did. An orange sticker went in that window the same day and it disappeared the next. Now I have to go try to recover my losses in court. The most horrible overpriced car that never ran correctly with the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 50 years of life. I dont know how these people sleep at night. This was the ********** location. None of the employees tell the other what they ever spoke to me about. They assure me that the owners are nice people like its their script. This place should get closed down. I dont know of one person that ever bought from them that didnt have major issues with junk vehicles at outrageous prices. They know theyve got you if you have no credit so they can treat you like c*** Do not buy here. The worst ever!!!! I lost my life as I knew it because of them. I have to sell my home and move if the judge doesnt see what theyve done. Im telling everyone not to buy from them for good reason! People know how they treated me and others and they should be closed down permanently.Review fromKaren H

1 starPlease do not frequent this business !!!They price *****, selling a car 3 times it's worth is sad and insane. They charge you for parts and work that were never done on the car. Cars always have issues once they are in your care for a month.Don't waste your time or money. Save yourself a headache and go to a dealership with some values! 1 starHorrible, this place buys used cars from auctions for dirt cheap and sells them for ridiculous prices..They don't tell anything about the mechanic and they tell you they can't disclose the location. They try to rob you for the parts by overcharging. This place needs to be shut down. I spoke with numerous people and not one has said anything good about this place. I'm aware of several people that got robbed from here.Review fromKate S

This place is horrible. No stars for sure. I purchased a car from here about 6 months ago. Within a few months of having the car the timing belt went and needed other work on the motor. Now I am having the same problem. These people are rude and have no regard. They only care about the payments. Unfornately I need my car for work. I can't be without and they won't give you a rental to use while the hold up your vehicle for over a month.

Unfortunately used cars do break…no one know when a part is going to go from fully functional to ‘out of tolerance and failure’ we have a no charge no deductible 24 month 24000 mile warranty..we like every other car dealer, are experiencing parts delays and shortages due to supply chain issues..unfortunately we do not loan vehicles as our insurance carrier does to permit it…in addition to our 2 year 24,000 mile warranty we accommodate our customers that need out of warranty or general service work, by allowing them to pay 25% of their repair or service up front and finance the balance with their car loan at 6% interest.

1 starLiterally the worst experience ever ! I DEEPLY regret going to this place. I had this car for a month and 3 weeks and this will be the 3rd time it’s been in the shop. This place is the worst thing I’ve ever done & I don’t really have anything good to say about this place I wish I did but I want my money back I want out. This place sets you up to fail ! 1 starthey are the absolute worst . save your money and go elsewhere. My ex wife brought a piece of crap from them a few years back . fast forward i was hesitant on brining my best friend to them . i went against my better judgement and took her any way . she traded in her lexis and paid 3,000 down on a 2010 chevy Equanox . she brought the car home and parked it . 3 days later she was preparing to make to make a trip to nyc .. we live in wilkes barre she was on able to make it to Bear Creek where the car caught on fire almost killing my friend who is Disabled i might Add . Thank god some neighbors was able to help her out of that death trap . fast froward so she only had the truck for a total of 4 days she didnt even to get to put 25 miles on the dam vehicle . So these bastards want to keep her trade in and down payment and expect her to pay them an additional 2,000 dollars to get another car .who does this how can you take advantage of a Disabled Nurse . all she wants is her money back so she can go else where a purchase a vehicle. the white woman in the office i think she's the owner's wife , she has the worst attitude possible. she was no help , she refuse to return my friends money and she wouldnt even get us in touch with the owner of the business . They are the worst , save your money go somewhere else . please . There are in the business of buying crap and selling it for way above market value and leaving the customers stuck with those costly repairs. if you buy a car with 100,000 miles or more how more value out of that car are you really going to get . the best years of that car or truck is gone . dont get stuck holding the tab .
