    +After paying Shane nearly 400$ and the failure of ******, their cust service rep to email a tracking# even after we made umpteen attempts to phone and email, finally so disappointed by their ineptitude we left messages to cancel the order ASAP.Finally the parcel of perishables arrived on the day when we were not home. When we discovered the ice cream had melted and items which we had paid for missing from the order, again our phone calls and emails went unanswered.Unless you are masochistic or intend to shop in person at their physical store, CAVEAT EMPTOR....The employees of Shane Confectionary win the grand prize for incompetency par excellence.SHAME on Shane!!!!!!!!!!!!
