      I feel the website and sales team are misleading. I ended up "purchasing" a $179 useless wrist band. They don't refund ANY portion, even if cancelled within a week of receipt. Very dissatisfied with treatment of an elderly person.

      Terrible Co.
      My mother passed away on Dec. 31 & alert 1 was canceled.
      But they put another year on her credit card & refused to refund the credit card charge of $335.50
      I would not recommend this Co. to anyone. Not an honorable company.
      Even with the proper paperwork, they would not refund the cc account.
      They said they would credit the alert 1 account even know I returned the equipment and
      no longer have an account. They bill 1 year in advance. What good is credit to an account
      that no longer exists?

      We cancelled our account with Alert 1 Medical alert on June 25 after they charged me 78.95 we asked for the refund but they said that because we were on a monthly payment plan we would not receive a refund., we sent back the equipment and they received it on July 1st. Then on July 25th they charged me 48.95, because they said that my wife's account was still opened,but why would we send both items m s back and they assumed we whated to leave her account open?, We try since the 25th of July to get them to look at the Billing part of account but their system was down.

      On Aug 5 2022, Alert 1 Customer service Rep/Accounting Services Nicole ,was great on the phone and reversed the charges that Alert 1 had made. And refunded the 78.95 for June's charge and also refunded the 48.95 July charge. We were very happy with those results.
