  Company was hired by the electric company to cut down trees that were near power lines. They ruined my fence and refused to pay the damages. I have photographic proof. The manager denied breaking our fence and also never showed to the inspection I had made with him. If I could give this company zero stars I would!

  Worst tree buisness in the industry that I know of. Wouldn't you know it their contracted by the government and cities. They left whole trees in pieces that Ive been having to haul out to the road myself. They sat in my driveway in their bucket truck with it idling for 2 hours before they began work. It was 2 young white guys that I imagine are underpaid and therefore slackers. Terrible company that won't accept responsibility for their awful lazy work. This is a good example of a buisness that is too big for its britches and provides sloppy work for the government

  On Oct 12 Asplundh did work on our property and cut a power line in two places that goes to three residential houses for a spring pump. We had to do without water for over 24 hours. We tried to call on Friday Oct 13 with no return calls, I sent an email still have not got a reply.

  In August, Asplund came and cut trees in their right of way which borders my property. It is also a small creek, which follows the powerlines. They left everything they cut in the creek and partially on my property, and after two weeks of calling I still have no response. They have clogged the water way and cluttered my property, but they will do nothing.

  Region 0152 done a professional awesome job out in the Flat rock area great workers a great employees . They removed a tree that was a potential hazard I wanted to take time to thank them for a job well done. J. Jones

  If I can give a ZERO, I will. This company is HORRIBLE. They came on our property without notice to cut trees for the power company. They used a huge truck to cut the sides of the banks that was too big for the gravel driveway, leveled our ditch, ran over 2 flower beds. But in other parts of our community left the trees that had fallen on the power lines. Where the road starts starts you can go left or right. They cut the branches off one side of 4 Bradford Pear Trees, left many of the branches in the trees and now the other side is leaning dangerously toward the road because of the one sided weight. Besides being an eye sore, those trees could fall and kill someone. Wish I could post the pictures. There is no respect for homeowner's property. I would NEVER hire this company to do anything.

  THE RUDEST PEOPLE! DO NOT waste your time or money. This company allows their drivers to drive through your grass, and they have ZERO plans of fixing it. Also drove through our gravel that is not NEAR our driveway. As well as leaving food in your yard. If you have animals and do not realize - its very dangerous. Our animals were very sick after grabbing the food they left. They are very unprofessional. When you call to complain the company says they will call the "foreman" and nothing gets done. They also show up unannounced whenever they please and block you in your drive and they do not move. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company!

  Came to "trim" branches away from power lines. They should have just cut the trees down. They left 40' of trunk and nothing else.

  I am writing to share my exceptional experience with two members, Alex M****** & James B*****, of the Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC team, who recently completed a project at our home at 3XX S Chapman Ave, Sanford, FL 32771. Firstly, their dedication to safety was unmissable. They arrived fully equipped with personal protective equipment and consistently adhered to safety protocols throughout their time on-site. They not only ensured their own safety but took proactive measures to keep our property and people safe as well. Their thorough understanding of the risk associated with their tasks and the preventive measures they took demonstrated a top-notch safety culture and a clear commitment to their work. Communication was another area where these two employees truly shone. They took the time to walk me through the entire process of the project - explaining what was going to happen and how they would handle each stage of the operation. It was refreshing to be included in the process, and their clear, detailed explanations put me at ease and reassured me that the job was in capable hands. As for service, I cannot speak highly enough. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking, often going above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed to the highest standard. Despite the complexity and size of the job, they managed to complete the task in a timely and organized manner. It's clear that these two employees embody the values and dedication that Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC stands for. Their commitment to safety, service, and excellent communication set a standard that others in the industry should strive to meet.   While working in my neighborhood these geniuses decided to “store” huge pieces of tree’s from neighboring yards in my backyard behind my garage. These are huge trees much larger than I can move. These trees are not from my yard. And they were dumped the day after I had planted a tree, they dumped this on my plants. Right on top of my lilies, the small pine, and other plants. I was shocked! And angry!
