      *************** hired this tree company to come clean up limbs and branches along the power lines in my neighborhood. They spent two days working in my neighbors yard clearing trees and limbs from along the power line which adjacent to my back fence. They also used my backyard to access the properties adjacent to mine. However, they left debris all along my fence line, and scattered throughout the side of my property. I called and left a complaint via their telephone service and received no follow up. I also spoke with a foreman working on my street who came to view the mess they made. He promised me he’d be back the following morning to clean it up. That’s been three days ago and they’re no longer in my community.

      Tree Work Incident 8/4/2023 Dear ***** ********************** Chairman of the Board, CEO of Asplundh. ************************* President and COO of Asplundh. ***** **********************  – President, Asplundh East. My name is ********************************* I am a resident of *********, Massachusetts. I’m writing to keep you informed of the type of work your Eastern Division is doing.(I believe its the Concord New Hampshire office who services Massachusetts) We contacted our Light company, ************* to inform them that rain and wind was shutting off our power to our home, due to the fact, tree branches were touching the wires. ************* sent out a technician who was nice enough and put power back on, notified us then left. The next morning green Asplundh Tree truck arrived with two men to pick the debris. While they were here they cut more branches and did a chop job on our beautiful magnolia tree, in addition, had nerve to cut our ******* Internet cable and tie it off onto a lower limb. These men did not have the decency to knock on our door and tell us, which was very unprofessional. When I called ************* regarding the issue, they sent a project manager from Asplundh  in a white pickup who informed us that they would come back and prune the tree correctly when a Police detail for the street was present. To date, no one has called or stopped by to correct the incomplete work that was performed. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint. Kind regards,*********************************

      On (around) March 15th 2023, *** hired Asplundh to trim trees along power lines in front of my house. One of two large trucks got stuck on my hill and tore up my driveway. Called *** and they said had to contact and work with Asplundh. I called multiple times to both *** and Asplundh trying to get this resolved but there has been no follow up from Asplundh. The crew leader came out and viewed the damage days after it happened and said he agreed it should be paid for and taken care of. He promised that he would get back to me, never heard from again. Complete runaround from them and they are ignoring the issue. I had only asked for them to pay for the rental of equipment (or at least half the cost at a minimum) to repack the driveway to get it back to hard surface it was before they tore it up. The cost for roller equipment and delivery is $985.00. I offered to pay for gravel and do all the labor myself to make sure it gets done right.

      I was contacted by a manager and was offered some help with my road fix. We are currently working on details and I trust that they will honor the promises which won't happen until after I have located and reserved and paid for equipment rental. This case should remain (open) in a holding pattern for now if at all possible. Once all work is done and payment is made, then we can close it out. At that time I will thank them and add any notes that will be needed to put this in a good & positive standing.

The company finally did help out with fixing the issue and I would like to be able to update the complaint so they can get credit for the help they gave me.       On 10-2-23 Asplundh entered our property and cut down a 30+year tree. AEP had come out and put blue X's on the tree that needed to be trimmed back. They had already cut those branches but returned on 10-2 and cut the tree that DID NOT have any blue X's down to the ground. This tree was hanging on the guide wire and when AEP was out 2 years ago to replace the pole in our yard, we asked them if it was a problem and they told us no it was fine, They even put up a new guide wire. The person that cut it down said that his manager told him to cut anything that is on guide wires. We are sad and very upset that this tree is gone. We loved that tree! We think that they should replace what was there or compensate us in some way. We are very disappointed that this tree is gone. Thanks,  *********************************

      Sometime between November of 2022 and 29May2023 *********** sent a contractor out to clear brush around the right rear end of Our Property located at *******************, Charlotte,North Carolina ******* That contractor caused damage to our rear fence*The poles were bent way back and it looks like the fence was disassembled and an attempt was made to reassemble it*.The fence was damaged and what seems like a lackluster attempt to restore it with bent poles is grossly inadequate*Also Our Absolutely Cherished Trees were completely Destroyed in the process* Our Ebbings Silverberry Trees had over 10 years of Growth and were Loaded with Silverberries* We also have Young Silverberry Trees on the front of the property but they were only recently planted and are still young and haven't berried yet* So it is with Huge Dissatisfaction and Despite to the response We have received from *********** and their contractors after they have Damaged Our Fence and Destroyed Our Trees*Then after they needlessly Cut Our Trees down on Our Property without Our Permission, they left a pile of debris on Our Property *Anyone visiting the Site can clearly see this was an attempt to clear brush around a power utility pole* Likewise it would be obvious to the most causal observer Our Silverberry Trees were nowhere near the pole* Even so even if Our Silverberry Trees were in proximity to the utility pole there would be no need to completely Destroy Them as Silverberry Trees closely resemble any average hedge trees and can be easily be shaped and trimmed as such* Our trees were at least six foot tall Mature Ebbings Silverberry Trees with Berries on Them with over 10 years of Growth and We want Our Trees Replaced with the Same * We contacted *********** and they referred Us to *********************************** ,Inc*PO Box *****Us it was Asplundh Tree Service ******************* assigned Us claim #**************** on 29May23 and informed Us it was Asplundh Tree Service #************ who is responsible for the damages*We

      Asplundh Tree Service cut back trees that were not near any power lines without my authorization. Not only did they cut trees back after I had repeated conversations with representatives saying NO, they butchered my trees and left a large amount of foliage in my yard and on power lines. So they actually made things WORSE. I have video footage of the Asplundh crew trespassing in my yard after cutting trees they were not authorized to cut, in excess of 10ft back from any powerline.

      Today on July 27th this company entered my property without permission or any attempt to contact me, I have surveillance cameras, they entered through my back fence. It was 6 people that entered and cut (down to the trunk) one of my trees that was providing shade to my pets on these hot summer days, then they proceded to track all around my yard taking the branches and trunk and dumping it in to my side neighbor lawn. They had complete disregard for anyone's property.

      On July 25th 2023 Asplundh tree service came to trim or prune my tree away from the power lines. We paid to have it trimmed in 2020 and it was also shaped into an L shape by the last elecric company trimmers within the last 3 years. This time Asplundh took every single branch off the street side of my 100 year old maple tree, including bottom branches that were no way near ANY lines! Why?! They were very smug and probably have killed the tree. We are left with a towering tree that has all the weight on the house aide. I have recently lost my job and can't pay to fix it.

      7/31/23 Asplundh sent a very nice man named ***** to talk to me about my tree. He was very kind and very thorough explaining what would probably happen with my tree as far as new growth goes and he assured me that if the tree dies the electric company always works well with the customers and removes the trees. He was very patient and listened to every word that I said and never made me feel like what I was saying was ridiculous. At the end of our conversation he even offered an apology for what had happened with the tree and for the unconcerned attitudes of the two men that did the work. The company needs to be grateful for ***** and treat him as an asset to the company. As for now, and as long as the tree does not die, ***** has resolved the situation.

      This company trimmed a tree looming over my home, did a terrible job with the cuts, made the tree more unstable, left a mess, damaged my property, and will not return phone calls.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Regardless who this company was contracted by, Asplundh Tree Expert LLC has  created an unsafe environment by damaging a tree above my property.

      This tree has already started leaning over my property as well as dropping branches onto my home as a result of poor workmanship and damage to said tree.

      The lack of professional, quality work by Asplundh Tree Expert LLC, has made the tree weak, unstable and potentially liable for property damage and potentially liable for human injury.

      Ashplundh tree company was contracted by evergy energy to remove tree branches. They destroyed property and had no remorse or guilt

      One of our General Foreperson spoke with female party at address, *******, Wednesday June 14th, 2023. She said that our guys had trampled their garden at that time we were there. She did not let him go into the back yard to see anything and after they conversated he was under the impression she was content with the conversation. He left notice of how to contact him if they had any other issues. He has had no contact from anyone of that residence since. So not sure what "property damage" they are claiming we have done that we have not attempted to address or take care of. 

      Also we did not receive receipt of this complaint until today 7/12/2023. If there is anymore said issues please have them reach out to the gentleman that they have had contact with and we will work on a resolution.
