      We were customers of Western Exterminator for 10+ years. We had a skunk on our property and we called them for removal. At the same time, they suggested that we "plug some holes" to prevent ingress of rodents and other creatures. They came onsite and dealt with the skunk after several attempts at trapping him. However, the workmanship on plugging the holes was very bad. It was like giving your child a caulking gun and having them go to town.There were still several holes and the job wasn't complete so the technician agreed to get them fixed. I got a bill for the work so I called Western Exterminator to let them know the job wasn't done. They said a technician would contact me to remedy the situation. No call... except from the billing department asking me to pay them. I told them I would pay them when the job was complete. Billing said that someone would contact me to fix things. No call... except from billing a month later. This happened 1 or 2 more times and never once was I contacted by a technician.The icing on the cake is that today, I got a call from a third-party collections company to pay the bill! For a job that they never completed! For which I proactively contacted them once and for which they contacted me at least three times. And they had the nerve to send it to collections!If you want someone to walk around your property and spray chemicals, they can probably handle that. If it's anything more than that, stay away!!I have cancelled my service with them. I would rather be sleeping with ants than dealing with them any longer.Buyer beware.

      Over charges for their work. Does not inform the facts about their work. Ignores customer calls and concerns. Terrible company that takes advantage of older disabked people. Does not honor their guaranteed work.

      The worst company on the face of the earth. They dont give a dam about what the customer wants. They always reschedule the service and never tell the customer. The service is a never fully completed. They come when you are not home so they can do 1/2 the job and charge full price. You can never speak to anyone who is in charge. I could go on and on. The bottom line is do not have Rentokil provide pest services at your home. Do not even think of giving them your credit card. They will charge it even when its not authorized by you.

      This company has gone downhill since changing hands and merging. We called in for service to take care of a dead animal smell, and the initial technician did a cursory inspection, noted they didn't smell anything, but did not mention the ripped ducting (from rats, our HVAC tech noted), f**** everywhere, or the un-baited rat traps that needed refills. They also left behind multiple rat skeletons, which our HVAC tech informed me of days later. The make-good appointment still left behind rat skeletons, and did not admit any errors from the first appointment. I'm horrified, and out of pocket for unnecessary HVAC expense, and am still waiting for them to come remove the skeletons, a week later.

      It makes sense that this business is not BBB accredited. **************** was always friendly, but they have shown that they do not care about their customers through their terrible business practices. I received a fraudulent inspection report from a technician for a quarterly scheduled service. I never got a resolution to this blatant lack of integrity despite filing a complaint, and I suspect they do this regularly according to previous anecdotes. I got a new technician at my house the following week to do the actual service, but he was extremely late. I also did not receive any kind of discount after bringing up the issues, or any response to my request for a discount. I am not sure what management at this company does, but clearly, they do not their jobs.

      Rentokil is the parent company for ******. BugOut that we worked with in *************** is not listed in BB so we are leaving a review with the parent company whose name is on the invoice.We had a mole problem. Hired BugOut for $425. They applied 2 treatments. We were told there is a 30-day guarantee. The moles were gone for a few weeks, but now they are back. When we called BugOut to discuss, we were told we were beyond the 30-day guarantee (by 2 weeks). We had been away and dealing with elderly parent issues, otherwise we would have called them within the window. We had hoped ****** would be willing to work with us to apply another treatment or at least to apply a treatment at a reduced priced. The response from BugOut was there was nothing they could do; unwilling to work with the customer to find a reasonable solution. There are plenty of companies out there that value their customers. BugOut isn't one of them. Select another company and stay away from ******..

      The home owner paid $1068.00 to begin services and the account was put in the roommate's name without my authorization. The services were very limited and we still have the same issues.Additionally I was billed three times for unknown services which I was told not to pay but yet the bill was referred to a collection agency. We never received a contract until I called disputing the bill. The first tech that came to the home had the owner sign a blank page. My attempts to resolve all the issues have gone no where. Each time was told someone would call me back and they never did. I think this company took advantage of the elderly, provided no service and could careless about my complaints. I have been dealing with this for six months. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

      HORRIBLE! I am a senior in Naples and after walking into my pantry I found all packaged goods chewed and found droppings on the floor. I immediately looked up a rodent control company. I called Arrow they set an appt between 10:00 and 11: 30. ***** ****** came after 12:00. and he got up in the attic and saw more evidence t shat I had a problem. He said they would come seal up to 5 spaces that the rodents could be be getting in and would set traps I just needed this problem solved immediately so I signed a contract to have them do the work even thou I live on a fixed income The thought of having any rodent problem actually made me sick. It was $850. he assure me that they would take care of the problem. They set up two traps in the attic like the ones you could buy at any hardware store. I have several fruit trees in the yard which could attract them so I had bought the same traps and put them outside when Mango season was in full bloom fruit was falling. I never caught anything at dusk I could see action outside but never thought they would come inside. My lawn service clears fallen fruit I collected a lot myself. A nice man **** came with another worker and sprayed foam into were the buildings met & pipes that fpl left open when they buried the lines & also near the shop where the ac lines went up into the attic. He came back several times and took out 2 or 3 dead palm rats and I asked when he was coming back his answer was"if you smell some dead "call me. I asked him If he could put more traps up and said he could give me 2 or it would cost me more? I gave him the traps I bought I went away came home to find more chewed up groceries. I called and they scheduled a supervisor to come I told ****** there was a dead rat! I asked him to remove it he said its not my job!They did not respond until too late the rats had chewed water pipes it cost me 1K for the plumber 900 for another pest company Ceiling ruined floor buckled ac ductwork torn up! I want a refund
