      The service has deteriorated over the years. My dead grass problem due to Arrow's poor service has carried over to my neighbor's yard.I have initiated numerous calls for over 3 month with no resolution.This is the worst my yard has looked in 10 years. Service has gone down hill.I would not recommend them.I actually recommend avoiding them as I throw away money every month as a customer.I will find a company that at least shows up for the scheduled appointments or call me back.Worst lawn service and lack of communication with a customer.They used to be be a good company *** ******

      I moved from my home and told them. I have attempted to cancel numerous times and they put me into collections! With TWO different collection agencies! Nobody will help me. I am literally ready to go to court to find these SOB's. Given all the other comments and reviews, I am not alone. I wish I knew who the other folks lawyers are so I can be in on a class action against these scam artists.

      Scheduling is always convenient, notification a day ahead, tech is always on time, makes personal contact if you are home, explains what will be done, service is quick and efficient, tech is always personable and professional,

      They never provided the scheduled service but are now demanding payment and threatening me with collections. I am working with a lawyer to resolve this issue. It has been a nightmare, and I was even accused of lying.

      When the pest control company we used was bought out by Bug Out, we decided to discontinue services. I called the office, and explained we were not interested in continuing services and to please remove us from their list. Months later, a Bug Out technician showed up at our home unannounced, and I explained to him that we were not customers, nor were we ever customers of this company, and requested that he leave. When his manager contacted me, I explained for a third time that we were not interested in services. Months went by, and we received a text message from another technician announcing that he would be showing up at our home the next day. I called him and explained for a fourth time, we are not interested, and that if the company contacted me one more time, I would contact the Better Business Bureau. The technician responded that I would need to call another phone number in order to cancel, as he did not have the ability to cancel my appointment. Seriously? WE WERE NEVER CUSTOMERS! This is absolutely predatory behavior. How many elderly people is this company preying on- insisting that they provide services just so they can submit a bill to people who do not even want service? I am absolutely disgusted by this business and recommend that anyone interested in pest control seek services elsewhere.

      I would rate 0 if possible. Western did not perform the services that were sold to me and listed in the contract. Upon termination they have continually tried to collect money from me for work they did not perform. DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SCAM

      I called this company and they assure me they could help me get rid of German cockroaches. They only sprayed in my house twice. They keep treating my outside areas that fidnt really have a problem. My problem got worse. I inquired about inside treatment, scheduled an appointment took off work for the appointment and they only sprayed outside. 5 months later my problem not resolved, several hundred dollars spent and no call back from management when complaint filed. I had to pay another company to treat my home. I do not recommend this service. Its a rip off.

      They deserve a zero. Run from this company! I never received a bill for services because they had the wrong email address. I was then sent a collections letter which I paid immediately. That was five months ago. I have contacted both the collection agency and this company many many times over the last five months. I even had a receipt of payment sent to both companies. The collection agency needs rentokil to contact them and cancel the debt which they refuse to do. So the collections company continues to contact me every couple of weeks, and after spending so much time going over the entire story, they understand my position, but continue to tell me that Rentokil is the one that needs to contact them, which they are refusing to do. so I have been in collections for five months for no reason, who knows what this is doing to my credit. I am ready to get a lawyer involved.

      Will not allow me to leave a ZERO. I cancelled my service due to many factors, however the main reason that tipped me off the scale was when the technician broke my gate on my fence and rather than tell me about it when he let me know he was leaving, he left it hanging open. I have two dogs that could have gotten out. I did not notice it until later that evening when I went to put my trash on the curb for pick up. I called and cancelled my services. Because I could repair the fence myself, I just fixed and reported it when I cancelled services. Approximately 3 months later I began receiving calls that I owed for 4 months of services. I told them no I do not. After a brief back and forth, and because the $90 was not worth the aggravation, I told the person calling that I will pay after the first of the month when I got my next paycheck. This was approximately mid- month to the 20th of the month. I received four more calls from them after that and prior to the end of the month. The final call I asked if she sees the notes that I said I would pay at the beginning of the month and was told "the notes don't matter. Maybe if you paid your bills, we wouldn't have to call you". After several attempts to reach a manager after that, I did speak to someone about retrieving the recording. I was told that my account would be escalated for a manager to call me. I said that if they just cancel the bill, we can call it even. Due to personal issues, I just spoke to a bankruptcy attorney and said if they wash the bill out, I will not include this on my bankruptcy. I provided the name and number for my attorney. 6 months later I receive an email that I may get sued. I called back to talk to a manager and was told "NO". They would request one to call me. Did not work before. I replied to the email that this is ridiculous and other legal mumbo jumbo. You can never speak to anyone about concerns. They are trained to act ignorant. I wonder if anyone will call me?
