    Purchased an item on december 10th 2023, item was said to ship from the US and make it by christmas. item shipped from china and said delivered january 2nd. No where to be found reached out twice with no response only to finally getting an email asking if i’m stupid and cannot contact usps. No product and was insulted because they couldn’t deliver their product.

    their email is [email protected]. im guessing they were never at that address and used it to make people think they were in the US when really a china company.

    Ordered a product two weeks ago and still has not even shipped I get a tracking number but it is only because they printed the shipping slip still has yet to ship

    I ordered my husband a custom tee-shirt for Father's Day.  I never received the shirt. I've been in email contact with the company several times. They keep assuring me that the shirt is being looked for. Now they are not responding to my emails.

    on May 9, 2023, I purchased a custom mother's day sign for my wife for $59.95 USD to be delivered to my address in Markham, Ontario, Canada. It is now May 23, 2023 and I have not received any updates from this company on the status of my order. Despite trying to contact them 3 times by email on their customer support address posted on their website, there has been no response. Below is their website. I have also asked for refund now since they are not responding so if they are unable to complete the order they can also refund to my credit card what I paid. I have all the emails confirming the order and each time I contacted the business to raise my issue with them. Hope the BBB can help me solve this issue with the company.     November 19, 2022. I ordered 2 hats from the company CustomB2C website ********************************. I received only one hat December 19, 2022. I contacted the company by the email December 20, 2022, ******************************** listed on the website. I advised I only received one hat and dissatisfied with the Hat I received. Also, the order took longer than they listed on the website. December 21, 2022, the company responded back with a vague response stating Dear customer, Thanks for your support and concern on our store. Sorry for keeping you waiting so long. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We ship the other item to you, and after we contacted the logistic company, maybe the courier was sent to the wrong address. We have suffered the loss. Sorry so much! I emailed December 21, 2022, asking for more info on what they were going to do about the missing hat. I have not received any emails or phone call back from them since they emailed. *** sent several emails since with no response back. The Hat I'm missing I paid $29.99. The one I received I paid $28.99 total $58.98. Discount -$5.90 Shipping $6.99 Total USD $60.07. I was also charged an additional .60 added for international service assessment fee. So total $60.67. The order number B214673. I emailed the company January 12, 2023, requesting a full refund. Ive not received any response.
