    Ordered two signs after seeing an ad on social media. Looked further into their site and saw alot of discrepancies. I emailed about it and the rudely said " don't be so suspicious!" OK, what business would ever takj to a customer like that?They claimed they have US warehouses but items came from ***** poorly made. Their business is customized items; they force you to pay a $5 customization fee per item and you literally can't add the item to your cart unless you add in the name, and yet they sent me my item with "CUSTOM NAME" printed. How stupid, no one would ever order something without their name of choice on it. One item was damage and did not have my husbands name as I instructed, the other item came with mismatched font. And of course they ignored my 3+ emails asking for a refund. Scam site from ***** for sure.

    I bought my husband a customized gift for Christmas, at the beginning of December. It did not arrive until almost a week after the New Year. It was supposed to have his name on it. It had the wrong name. Right away I sent an email with a picture of what I received and told them the name was wrong. It took at least a few days to hear back from them. They said they would issue a refund. After over a week of no refund and not hearing anything else, I emailed again and all they said was " sorry, will issue a refund". A couple of other emails back and forth of promising to check on the matter or issuing a refund, still nothing!

    Order two Custom Metal Motorcycle Helmet Holder. They were supposed to be shipped within the U.S. but shipped from China. Order on 12/10/23 for Christmas arrived today 1/9/24. It also arrived damaged. I reached out to the customer service and was treated rudely.

    I don’t know where to start. Product didn’t ship for a month. Item was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. Ad said it was shipping from USA. It was actually shipped from China. After 3 weeks I asked to cancel and get a refund. They insisted it shipped. It hadn’t shipped based on the shipping tracker. The next email was insulting. The next email contained the “F” word every other word in their email. I was floored. I don’t know if I’ll get my order after all that. The company also goes as Brown and Lovytoys.

    I bought two t shirts for fathers day. They arrived late. Then the L and XL sizes are for children, not for men!
    I sent pictures comparing with a normal L and XL for men in US, with measures, they say these are under their standard.
    To my request to exchange or refund they say NO.
    So I paid $40 per t shirt to use them as rags to wash cars because they are tiny!

    I WOULD GIVE CUSTOMB2C A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!!! CUSTOMB2C DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE SEE THE HAT THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. CLEARLY, IT WAS MADE POORLY AND WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND, THEY SAID THAT THEY "CAREFULLY REVIEWED THE PHOTOS THAT I SENT, AND THAT THE HAT I RECEIVED DOESN'T HAVE ANY QUALITY ISSUES. THEY CLAIMED THAT IT IS BRAND NEW AND GOOD” THEY SAID THAT "THIS IS THE NORMAL EFFECT AFTER SUTURING. THAT THEY DOUBLE CHECKED WITH THE FACTORY THAT THIS IS A NORMAL DESIGN FOR THE HAT. THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD ISSUE A 10% REFUND. SERIOUSLY?????????? I WISH THAT I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS OF WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERED AND THE PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR MERCHANDISE THAT I RECEIVED.
