      Company is very good upfront, sales process is easy, and materials and finishes are excellent, problems begin after installation. The installers themselves do a very good job; it's the project manager and customer service agents that stop responding and make it impossible to get your project completed if there are any punch list items remaining. We have one door that had a defect in the finish, wrong color base Moulding and a trim issue all noted as outstanding by their service tech, on their paperwork and I can't get a response via email or phone from our project manager ***** Oyster, or our customer service advisor ****** ******* for over a month now.I've also tried calling the office in York several times and have left a message for someone in management to call me back about my project and I have still never received a ********* yourself the heartache and use someone else.

      We met with a representative from Revelare kitchens back in November 2024. At this point, we are still waiting for some remaining items to be completed in our kitchen. It has been a nightmare trying to get someone to call us back or to email us back to keep us updated on the status of our outstanding order. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Again, we are still waiting after five months for a completed project.

      They need to be shut down for their dishonest practices, including representing themselves as ********** employees. DO NOT engage in business with them! They prey on trustworthy people like the elderly. ********** should also be held liable for allowing this type of business to continue under their domain! Every negative comment on here is absolutely true!

      DO NOT use ********** for your cabinetry needsthey outsource to Revelare and you will be astounded by how deftly this company will lead you through a smoke and mirrors farce of a process to create the illusion that youre paying for a custom product. After zoom calls with a designer, dozens of emails with an inept project manager who cant answer a simple question regarding *** in a timely manner, and thousands of dollars later, your custom cabinets will reveal themselves to be slabs of particle board that you can buy yourself for a fraction of the cost at **** and hire a handyman to install. When you then reach out to said inept project manager to express your incredulity and request to speak to his superior, he will flat out lie to you and tell you that he does not have a superior. I kid you not, he will assume you have zero experience in a tiered organizational structure and will continue to REFUSE to let you speak to anyone but him. In my case, not only was I aghast at the poor quality of the materials compared to the cost to purchase ($4k for an L-shaped design in a tiny laundry room), several parts were missing and I was unable to have the particle board assembled into some semblance of cabinetry even if I was willing to do so. I stopped trying to get someone at Revelare to speak to me about a way forward, or to at least listen to me opine about how predatory their practices are. Revelare takes advantage of a clientele who cant afford high-end cabinetry, but doesnt want a makeshift solution, either. Their margins on projects like mine must be spectacular. I recently got a call from a seemingly helpful customer service agent asking to schedule installation. I felt renewed hope that this out-of-the-blue outreach would be a harbinger of change. WRONG. This man also ghosted me after I forwarded him communications that validated my dissatisfaction. My favorite part of our discussion was when he said that none of my complaints were noted in my file. Shocker!

      I am a unhappy customer. I have unsuccessfully been working with my unprofessional assigned project manager, Zack Bougther. I have been trying to get my kitchen completed for approximately 3 weeks. The project was started on Tuesday, 10/15/24. To date, I am still waiting for a dual lazy susan to be installed.

      To provide some background, installer Jacob Rusyn, contacted me on 10/18/24 to inform me that he didn’t have the dual lazy susan part. In addition he also let me know that the part should be in a warehouse in York PA. The installer, Jacob, wanted me to sign off on paperwork indicating that the job was complete and the lazy susan would be installed once the part was received. While Jacob did not have the part, he did good job of installing the other cabinets.

      I’m not sure if this is a common practice for Revelare. I am extremely disappointed that the job is not completed. I did my part. I worked, saved, and paid cash in good faith for a service to be completed. As I am writing this email, the job that I paid for is not completed and the project manager Zack is missing in action. I have a cabinet in my kitchen that I cannot use because the shelf is missing.

      Work men were here on time and did there job but the day after they left the trim fell off, not installed correctly. The painter that had been recommended made a mess, paint on the rug and 4 days later has not come back or called to finish job.

      We had kitchen done by Revelare kitchens and what was supposed to be 3 to 5 days turned into three months. The first appointment with the sales guy took away too long and he was totally disrespectful of our time. He was at our home for four hours. He made us make all the decisions in one meeting, which is absolutely ridiculous. Once they have your money, you cannot get a hold of anybody. I had moments where the company never called back when I had issues, measurements were off, and our counter was installed incorrectly and had to be ripped off. Do yourself a favor and please do not go with this company. We have a nice kitchen, but we paid quite a price for it in more ways than one.

      Was very impressed with our kitchen installation and the handwork of Jacob Rusyn who installed our kitchen cabinets. His attention to detail was superb and we now have the kitchen of our dreams. I also appreciate Christian from Revelare Kitchens who checked in frequently and provided updates and was flexible when i made some last minute decisions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable kitchen remodel option without shortcuts to style and quality!

      Made two appointments with this company. First time they cancelled the day before. I can understand that once so I rescheduled. The second time they were a no show. I called and was told they “couldn’t make it out” (without any call or notice) and was asked to reschedule. I declined to move forward with this company. They are unreliable have no respect for customers time. Imagine hiring them to do work and they do not show. My time is just as important and valuable as theirs and the sheer lack of respect for it shows how this company operates. The customer service rep couldn’t care less as well and offered an “inconvenience discount” if I chose to move forward and a free estimate. First off- the estimates are already free as I was told so that makes no sense and obviously they do this often enough to have an inconvenience fee. Do not hire. Would give -5 stars if I could.

      The installer Jorge M******* and his nephew were the BEST!!! They were professional in every aspect of the word. Very clean, almost OCD when they left each day. They did excellent work each day. Explained everything in detail. Wonderful experience with them . Only installers that I would want! Everything looks great!!! Bobby B***
