We tried to pay the total balance to THEIR financial service Sunlight financial. They lost the check TWICE. Revelare Kitchens now want nothing to do with us. We have a year to pay off the kitchen. After that the interest would bring the balance up to 10k plus the actual price. It appears someone wants to get more money!!!! I would never use this company due to the inability to pay off the balance so as not to accrue interest!!!!

By far the worst experience we've ever had with regard to a Home Improvement project. Contracted through Home Depot with Revelare Kitchens as 3rd party and it all sounds very professional and convenient. Once you sign contract and get your first bill from Home Depot it all goes south. Poor workmanship, no-show installer, incorrect materials, not enough materials. Revelare project "managers" are at best disinterested, at worst snarky. Finding assistance from Home Depot was also a challenge and in the end they too, dropped the ball.
It took 3 months to complete a tiny kitchen despite the advertisements of completion in "3 to 5 days".
Save yourself a lot of aggravation, don't contract with Home Depot and Revelare Kitchens.

Worst company ever!! They are very attentive until they get their money! My install was August 1-3rd 2023. They were missing 4 doors! To which the installer said” when this happens it’s usually only 1 door that’s missing”! He then stated they can usually locate it and over night it. I was mad but things happen! After he left we really looked at them and noticed one door on backwards!! We called right away. They told us they would get a new door to fix it. One month later they showed up and didn’t have the 5th door! He said he didn’t know anything about it. When I told him we called a month ago he then stated” yeah the company isn’t very good at communicating “ I then said ya think?? I told him I wasn’t happy. He said oh it should just be a day or two but since it’s a holiday weekend they won’t get the message until Tuesday… it’s just about 3 weeks later and still not a word! Might be time to get a lawyer involved since no one has calked , emailed or apologized!! Run away from this company!!!!

Salesman took way too much time on his visit with too much irrelevant "sales" information, and trying to convince us to add extra features. However, the cabinet doors we wanted were installed carefully and look very nice. The workman did very careful, exacting work and cleaned up afterward. The slide in shelves we had installed in one cabinet also resulted in lost space for tall objects. If I were to do this over I would not have ordered these two shelves.

We have been hopeful through this entire process. This kitchen has cost us $32,000 so you would think some customer service would come with it. We had a salesman come twice to talk over the order for a total of 3 hours. Then a guy came to double check measurements. He was here 2 hours. Our plans were sent to the “project manager” and we get the call to schedule. Start day comes and the installer guy notices the pantry will be covering a vent halfway. My husband and I were under the impression Revelare was taking care of it. With the sales rep, measuring guy and project manager no one noticed to say hey did you take care of the vent before install time??? They can tell us to take off backsplash and pull appliances and empty cabinets but this the vent that’s so important they can’t say hey remember you need to take care of it too? That makes no sense. They either were shady and didn’t bring it up directly indirectly implying it was part of what was ordered when marking a toe kick was added to the pantry OR they were completely blind and all three didn’t notice and now they want to play it off like we dropped the ball. The last two days have been spent going back n forth between arguing with this project manager, refusing to take any responsibility and the installer dealing with a few minor screw ups that called for improvising. My credit card was charged the entire amount before work was ever started in my home. They offer to remove the pantry from my remodel work order but storage is a main reason so that doesn’t make sense. I asked the “project manager” for a itemized list of materials and labor expenses. He said they don’t do that. Well then tell me how the heck are they billing us?! I asked previously multiple times for his supervisors name n number. He won’t give it to me. Says he is the one thereto help me. Well I want someone else. IF YOU ARE NOT WITH REVELARE GOOD! STAY AWAY! IT WILL BE A HEADACHE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Run!Run!Run!Run!Run!Run!!

I paid a lot of money to have people construct and install premanufactured panels. Sales team assured we would get a custom kitchen to our specifications and all subsequent steps resulted in us being told “you can’t have that but we’ll give you this”. Paid 1/3 upfront with the understanding the rest was due at delivery to have a second person come to the house to do measurements and demand the balance. There are still punch list items that need to be addressed and getting responses after the initial install has been painful. It is now apparent that although the sale was through Home Depot that Revelare reveres Home Depot customers as a class of customer deserving of lower quality service. I do not recommend people purchase renovations through Home Depot or to use Revelare.

My 83 year old grandmother was taken advantage of and convinced to purchase the refacing cabinet service for about $12k. Once her caretakers/family got word of this they told her to immediately cancel. She called and although it was a few days after. It was not within the 3 day range. My aunt called again on her behalf and no solution. At this point we will have to seek legal advice as customer service was no help. Very disappointed with the result of this.

Custom built here at house, installer made some good recommendations that we added, and left every day after he cleaned up work area....Outstanding work and attention to detail. If your OCD like me you can definitely appreciate the work.

My installation was in December of 2022. I have regretted the decision to remodel my kitchen every since. I noticed some issues one of which was reported to the company because we noticed it right away. After a little back and forth they finally came out to fix which was an uneven counter top. When the installer finished my kitchen they expect you to sign when the job is complete which I did. When putting the kitchen back in order is when I noticed that there were more issues with the installation. The refacing was sloppy and the materials used were cheap. We have glass in the cabinets that I am afraid will fall. The gasket was and is not secure. The laminate does not go back to the wall and my refrigerator that they insisted on use moving is now extremely tight in the same exact space. When spending $18,000 on a job you expect it to be done correctly and it wasn’t. They should also have someone come out and inspect the work of the contractor. Not assume that the customer will see every issue right away.
