    Quoted $3700 to do yard work charged $16,500 and never completed the job! Absolutely unprofessional conduct. Would not trust or recommend this business.

    I am a 63 year old man and recently purchased my dream retirement vehicle a ***** *****. One week (Friday, July 28, 2023) after bringing this vehicle home I had it inspected and decided to take it for a long drive. Near the end of my drive I stop at an auto store where there is a ********* that sits on a hill overlooking the auto store. When I walk out of the auto store after making a purchase I noticed at person on the ********** property using a blow thay blow grass clipping and other debris from the parking but was blowing them down over the park of the parking lot where my ***** was parked. When I reached my car I found it to have grass chipping all over it and looked up a the person with the blower with my arms out and said REALLY. On way home I stop and seen some car friends and show them some of the grass the was remaining on my car and was inside as the temperature that day was 90deg so I had left the side windows down part way. Their Reply Was WOW And Unbelievable. After I got home I wiped off the car finding several paint chips that had not been there. Once my wife got home I told you what happened and she seen I was sad and upset. When I walked around the front of my car to back it into my garage I then seen the front windshield had also been cracked (as a reminder I had just had the car state inspection earlier that morning). I tried a few times the following week to make contact with ********* and finally spoke with a manager. The manager said they would contact the lawn service and have the owner contact me. After another week or so and another call too ********* the lawn service owner called me and said I had no proof they damaged my vehicle but being a good person and a man of his word he would pay me $400 (the final cost of the windshield was $905 + a $25 Re-Inspection Sticker fee).
