    This company did not complete work as described in the original estimate, yet billed me for said work that was not done. They offered to come back, however I refused due to the extremely poor quality of work (looked like a 12 year old's skill level), and the fact that they didn't show on the original date they said they would come. I had already paid more than the required deposit and would not pay anymore because of the lack of service that was clearly stated in the estimate (mind you, they typed this estimate to follow).
    Several phone calls, emails, and texts did not solve the problem. I asked several times to stop being billed and was told at one point that they would send a $0 balance at the end of closing on the date I called. Five months later, I received another bill. After I called again, irate this time, they told me they were done with me. Perhaps I should have been rude from the beginning. No, perhaps I should never have done business with this place.
