    I had rented from this Property Management group and was experiencing water issues with the rental. Upon notifying them of the issue and receiving extremely high-water bills, (for example $1300.00 and $1800.00) they have made me responsible for these amounts and placed a judgement against me in the sum of $12,179.00 which $6,570.00 of that amount (what I can gather from the INCOMPLETE ledger sent to me) is for EXTREMELY HIGH water bills. I was not aware that they were going to put this on my credit report. I am now homeless with four children and cannot find housing because they have falsely put this on my credit. I have reached out to ******* for a detailed statement reflecting the charges and still have yet to hear anything. I feel this Property Management 1) does not care about the tenants and the upkeep of rentals i.e. water issues.2) their legal practices are shady, i.e. telling me not to show up for up court because the court hearing had nothing to do with back rent but due to water bills and would be corrected because it was not caused by me. 3) they do not respond back in a timely manner. I am a person that takes responsibility in whatever issues that took place in the home i.e. carpet, repaint, trash removal. But I WILL NOT take accountability for something that is not and was not my fault or in my control. Needless to say, this will NOT be the last that this company will hear from this previous tenant and all injustices will be justified. I am contacting the necessary entities to help me get this matter settled. DO NOT rent from this company! This company has made my life my children's life difficult. Because of this company, I have not been able to find housing at all.

    I put in my application and thy never got back to me at all. They will not answer there phone and I have contacted them several times and no call back and son the apartment they have for rent I say I want to view the place and no one gets back to me.. My money don't grow in my back yard and I put in for 2 applicant and not once have they reach out to me or my son.. So I would lie my money back since you not once reach out to me for any reason. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'm trying to find a home and to give my money away I don't think so
