      no integrity with this business. see the dates on the good reviews...years ago. Don't know what may have happened but this buisness didn't put the agreement we came to in writing at anytime. Called **** himself and fell on deaf ears. they are shady , make sure you go thru the contract line by line with them and that your understanding is what they are legally bound to. Buying as is means nothing to them. Everything on the contract stated buy as is and that was not the case when a random inspection came up. Make sure you see everything in writing, all the numbers , dates, etc in writing and signed by them or you will get screwed

We are deeply sorry ****** feels dissatisfied, as we made every effort to deliver a smooth, professional experience, as we have done with thousands of other homeowners.1. Agreement Transparency and Documentation From the first point of contact through to the final closing, we provided ****** with copies of every agreement and document she requested . We have records confirming this. We are surprised and saddened that ****** continues to feel documentation was lacking, as it was always our intention to be thorough and responsive.2. Property Purchased As-Is With Additional Buyer Responsibility Lauries property in **********, Pennsylvania, was purchased completely as-is, exactly as outlined in the signed agreement. In fact, her local borough mandates a Use and Occupancy inspection before deed transfer this is not random, nor initiated by us, but a legal requirement in **********. Notably, even after the borough flagged violations (which by law are typically the sellers responsibility), we absorbed those costs and obligations without asking ****** for any credits or reductions. We fulfilled every contractual term with no attempts to renegotiate, despite inheriting those repairs.3. Flexible to Sellers Changing Needs ****** originally opted for a seller financing arrangement but later changed her mind to prefer a cash sale. We fully honored her wishes and promptly revised the agreement to accommodate her change of heart prioritizing her comfort and convenience throughout.4. Respectful and Professional Communication When ****** reached out directly to our founder, **** ******, we spoke with her in good faith and with sincere respect. **** made it clear that while we strive to make every client happy, we ultimately honored every aspect of the agreement price, terms, and timeline as requested by ******.5. Consistent Commitment to ************* Our team engaged in dozens of emails, phone calls, and text messages to provide clarity and support at every step. We remain open to continued dialogue should ****** desire further peace of mind about her transaction.       Not happy with the end result. I signed a contract for a set price they sold the house for more then what there giving me then on top of it there also getting a commission out of the deal that I was never told about. Now I won't even have enough for the out of pocket money I have to pay for the house I'm under contract to buy. It's not right the numbers don't add up so I'm going to be talking to a lawyer to check into this. Very concerned because I have to be out of my house this weekend with no place to go.

      This company offered to buy my parents house for a set amount. I should have followed my instincts when Ferd was 2 hours late getting to our scheduled appointment at the house. We signed a contract and had a closing date settled. 3 days before the closing date they backed out of the agreement. I have now lost 3 months of selling time because i thought it was already sold.
      I find them to be an irreparable company.
