    0 stars. My story is similar to the others here and the hundreds of posts on social media. I ordered two rugs in the fall of 2023 and never received them. After months of back and forth and excuses, ******* told me she didnt have them and offered to refund my money. She produced screenshots of the transaction and I even saw a temporary credit on my statement for one of them. That temporary credit dropped off and I never saw a refund for either of them. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they denied my claim. ******* provided them with proof of the transactions and that was enough for them. I am not able to show them the many messages I have from her admitting she didnt have the rugs and promising a refund. Now she has a new company page and is continuing to scam people. She scrubs her Etsy page of negative reviews and blocks people on ********* Unbelievable shes allowed to keep doing this.

    I attempted to purchase a rug from this seller and never received the product. At first she provided several different reasons for the delay, then totally stopped responding. Polite inquiries to her company facebook page were promptly deleted, and then she removed me from her facebook group. My bank finally helped me reclaim my money. Please do your research before purchasing from this business.

    Zero stars. I ordered a rug on June 13th 2023. (It is now September 27th) Weeks went by, even surpassed the four week mark that Jessica states it takes to receive shipping tracking information- so I reached out….only to be told that


    “Hi Amanda - typically up to 4 weeks. I’ll check on this later and let you know.”

    Was I ever updated? No. Myself as the customer had to be the own problem solver. I asked if I could get a refund, still haven’t received an answer on that. I’m contacting PayPal to dispute the transaction I made using square. I also asked if it was possible I could pick a different rug equivalent to the price of the original rug I purchased. I picked two new rugs fans four more weeks have passed, and I still have not received shipping. I am demanding a refund. And I have not heard anything back at all from Jessica. I honestly cannot believe this is how someone handles their business. I am $185 out the door with absolutely nothing to show for it. Jessica is a snooty, lying, unprofessional merchant who tries to bully you into believing that you as the customer are somehow wrong for wanting your rug or in the very least shipping information on your rug you purchased. When you call her out on her bullshit, she doesn’t respond. I’m still trying to understand how I have spent $185 on a rug and have still yet to receive any tracking or shipping and when I ask for a refund I can’t get one. Customer-paid money and expected the product I paid for- merchant made $185- four months later- customer with no rug. This is not right.
