This is my second bottle and genuinely love these. I love the capsules vs having to drink a smoothie or mix a powder. I've tried others but this is now my go-to because I can feel regular everyday and never sluggish because of it. Plus, I can see that it's working in my waistline!Konscious LLC

These gut health supplements have made such a difference for me and my skin and stomach. I started taking them after learning my acne could be triggered by my gut health. Not only did they help clear up my skin, but they made my stomach feel better overall and less bloated. That helped tremendously throughout the summer when I had to be in a swimsuit! Tried to get a refund and they were very rude asked for my CC info, DOB and address on a recording. I stated I did not even have to give anyone my DOB for a refund. The man stated if I did not give the answer he would hang up. Stated he did not have time for me. I refused so he hung up. No refund. I am owed $73.95Konscious LLC

We would really want to look into what happened as the things you went through was quite alarming and far from what our customer service protocol is. If you can provide us more information, it would be a great help in our investigation of what transpired during your calls.
Rest assured that this is not an experience we want our customers to go through. We don't ask for your card information nor nor your date of birth or address. Lastly, we don't hang up unless the issue is already resolved.
On a lighter note, the refund has been successfully processed. Due to differences in how financial institutions handle transactions, it may take between 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

There **** product did NOT work for my constipation. They online add offered a 100% money back if not satisfied if returned before 90 days. I bought a total of 4 bottles for $152.10---I returned 1 unopened bottle before the 90 day limit---- They refund me only $53.10---- This product is a scam and should be sued and closed downKonscious LLC

They dont even deserve one star. This product did absolutely nothing that it claimed to do. They sold this under the guise of 100% moneyback guarantee. When I contacted them they first offered me a 30% refund then a 50% refund. They said they only offer 100% refund if you return the product unopened. How do you know if the product works if its an opened? This was a scam.Konscious LLC

As a dissatisfied customer, I would like to express my frustration regarding the purchase of Metabolic Energizer. Despite completing the purchase, I have yet to receive the product. My attempts to seek assistance have been met with a series of unhelpful excuses as I have been transferred from one customer service representative to another.Despite providing my bank statement as proof of purchase multiple times, I am still waiting for the product after two weeks. The encounter with one particular representative, ********************, was exceptionally disappointing. It was evident that they did not take the time to review any notes or details regarding my case. Instead, they simply asked if I had received the product and requested that I inform them so they could seek approval from a supervisor for a refund. This response was completely inappropriate, as my intention was not to request a reimbursement but rather to receive the product itself. It is clear that the company is represented by individuals who lack the necessary competence and professionalism.I will never order from them again they lost a loyal customer that purchased monthly.Konscious LLC
