    In June, I scheduled my lawn tractor for service because it would not start. When the owner arrived to work on it, he determined he needed to bring it into his shop and work on it there. When we received it back after service, it started, but did not run properly. After several back and forth messages with the owner trying to troubleshoot the issue - I was willing to try and fix it myself if I could - he told me he had done all he could for me, that I lived too far away and I was too needy. Extremely unprofessional. It's now August and I've been unable to use the mower to cut my grass for most of the season, and he could not care less. He got paid and now wants nothing to do with me. If you are thinking of using this company, buyer beware - he does not stand behind his work. I'd leave ZERO stars if I could.
