    Purchased new 6 piece towel set Fieldcrest waffle style true blue color, purchased from *************** *********** *** sent to Happy Nest with my normal load on Monday March27, 2023. next day received all my clothes but no towel sets. Notified of the missing articles on March 28, lots of lip service back and forth with "we will escalate this matter". Emailed them daily with nothing more than more lip service. Today is April 1, I still do not have my new towels set back in my home. It is quite apparent this company is poorly managed and cannot control theft or shrinkage very well. At this point I merely want them to reimburse me for the towel set at *****. I do not wish to use their service again as they have shown me exactly how bad they are.

    On Monday, December 12th 2022, I scheduled a pickup for laundry with this business. I received an email this morning letting me know my driver would be at my home around 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. Around 1:30 pm, I received an email stating I missed a pickup. However, I did not miss a pickup. I was waiting for 2:00 p.m. so I could leave my clothes outside for pickup. Once I received the email and message, I returned the drivers call back and explained my pickup was for 2:30 p.m. He stated the time was just an estimate. (That was not conveyed on the email.) He said, sometimes he could be later or earlier, and today he was earlier. He stated he was already at the store by the time I called which was just 10 minutes later. He had no intentions of returning for my clothing. To add insult to injury, this company charged me a $10 missed pick up fee when they provided the wrong arrival time. I want the fee revoked so I can cancel my account. I do not intend to do business with an unprofessional company.

    We do advise customers that our drivers can typically arrive anytime between 7:00am-8:00pm for pick *** and deliveries and to leave their laundry out the night before they have a scheduled pick up. We send reminder messaging the night before to instruct them to leave their laundry out. We also explain that there is a missed pick up fee for any scheduled pick up that is not completed due to no laundry being left out. This is agreed upon by all customers when they accept our terms and conditions during the sign up process. Thank you.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

     

    I've already submitted the necessary proof regarding the time I was told versus the arrival time. No other communication was provided outside of that. The company is simply refusing to take accountability for their own disorganization. I've attached screenshots of my ****** review along with their response. They have poor customer service all around. It's even more infuriating how they are refusing to take responsibility here and even offer any sense remorse for THEIR mistake. 


    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
