For years I never had a problem, but they recently washed our jeans and some sweatpants in hot water and ruined them. They spoke about some policy they have that delicates require special instructions, but jeans and sweats hardly fall under the category of delicates. They refuse to make it right. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE THEM!If youre in any position where you want or need them to wash or fold your clothes in any certain way, do NOT use this service! Yes, they have fields where you can put in cleaning and folding instructions, but they will not take a look at them. We just happen to have kids and need a more compact fold. All parents will understand how toddler school, day camps, and after care need a set of backup clothes or two in their backpacks. I requested a compact fold, they said, Yes, we can do that, and after three tries, they refuse to do it. Its not the washing thats the time killer, its the folding. Speaking of the wash, we prefer cold and cool washing and lower heat drying to preserve colors and lessen wear. Well, though I put that in the instructions, theyre going to wash and dry your clothes in hot anyways. Our boy had these bold red shorts that came out faded after their cleaning.Listen, if youre a bachelor, this service is fine enough for you, gods knows young guys need all the help they can get. If youre a parent or prefer anything a certain way that what theyre going to do anyways, stay far away, you dont need the stress of dealing with this company.

I am a single individual and use this company 1-2x's a week and have gotten back smelly dirty items with stains and lint everywhere. I've gotten other people's clothing so I'm sure other people have gotten mine which is embarrassing and they charged me $150 for a load I had picked up yesterday when irs only been 10 days. This is obserd. Finding a new company today.

Was using happy nest without any issues until they lost my entire laundry order. For 3 weeks I was chasing them down trying to find my laundry only for the answer to always be you have every right to be upset, there was a major mixup of laundry at their ************* location. I begged for them to try and find it, only to find out a customer had it and wont return it. Mind you they wont give me their information. There was well over $1000 in clothes an linens and they come back and say all we can do is give you $200! Unreal, well they havent even given me that. This is a total scam, laundry is crossed washed with complete strangers stuff.

I used HappyNest to clean five brand-new State and Liberty suits and eight dress shirts over $3,000 worth of professional clothing. Only two suits were returned. I reported the issue immediately. What I got in return? Weeks of vague replies, recycled excuses, and no resolution. The only proof they provided was a single photo of one suit jacket not the five suits and shirts I actually sent. No itemized return, no visual confirmation of all items, nothing. They also claimed they reviewed security footage then later said it might no longer be available. If it was ever reviewed, why wasnt it saved? Their story changed, and the issue was never taken ************ the end, they closed the case and even suggested I might not have sent the items at all despite their own pickup records. I paid my invoice, updated my billing, and tried to work with them in good faith. Still, no accountability, no reimbursement, and no help. And to be clear I understand that mistakes can happen. In fact, I once received a full bag of someone elses laundry with baby clothes and personal items with my name on the tag. I called HappyNest right away, and they picked it up the next day. So yes, errors occur. But the difference is how you handle it afterward. In my case, when the mistake was on their side, they took no real ***************** here's the truth:Yes, HappyNest is convenient but do NOT give them anything valuable, expensive, or irreplaceable. If they lose it, youre on your own. Youll spend weeks trying to get help, and in the end, theyll just say we didnt lose it.Beware of this service. Use it only for basic laundry you can afford to lose. If you care about what you're sending out dont risk it.

This company is so poorly run. Here are the last 4 times we used them (we are done now).1. Delivered our laundry to the wrong house 45 minutes away.2. Did not hang any of the laundry as we had requested and done every time before.3. Again did not hang any laundry.4. Double charged us.

This service is a scam and not worth your time no matter HOW badly you need laundry done. They charged me for four bags when I sent two, refused to charge the correct amount and were entirely unhelpful in customer **********************. I am literally afraid of my personal safety because they have my address. I have never had such a ridiculous experience with a business in this area. It is shameful and they should not be in business.

I need everyone to know that HappyNest charges people to supposedly take care of your clothes professionally but when theyre returned RUINED, zero responsibility or accountability is taken. I opened my bags to find ********* families clothes covered in black splotches and spots. I sent the images to their customer ********************** who referred to my damaged clothes as the customers thingy. I did not send my clothes with a packet of ink, pen, paint etc. I placed each item in the bags myself. I paid $53+ to have clothes cleaned, not destroyed. No one at HappyNest actually cares. Blaming the customer after sending inappropriate messages is insane.

Terrible customer ********************** - after the pickup person failed to retrieve my laundry (after it was put out), the **** refused to refund $10 that they charged for a "no-show".Furthermore, the **** tried to place the blame on me for "not providing clear direction" for pickup (not true).$10 is not worth losing business for, but that sounds like the route this company wants to take!

Avoid Happy Nest at All Costs! If I could give Happy Nest zero stars, I would. Ive been a loyal customer for three years, spending thousands of dollars on their laundry services, but their recent handling of my damaged clothing was beyond unacceptable. They ruined a $150 pair of pants by staining them with blue detergent, and their so-called "customer **********************" was a masterclass in evasion and neglect. Despite clear evidence, including photos and receipts, they dragged their feet for weeks, offering a laughable $30 credit after an investigation. Their initial solution? A rewash of pants already irreparably stained by their negligence. Unsurprisingly, that didnt fix the problem.I even gave them multiple reasonable options to resolve the situation fairly: reimburse me for the pants or offer a meaningful credit to my account. They failed to act on either. Instead, they dismissed the matter with an insulting credit that doesnt even begin to cover the cost of the damaged item or the frustration I endured. This company does not value its customers or stand behind its **********************. If you care about your clothes and your time, stay far away from Happy Nest. Their careless handling, lack of accountability, and dismissive customer ********************** prove they dont deserve your business. *** since filed a complaint with the BBB and issued chargebacks with my credit card company.
