    I have been using this service for some time, and initially, I was quite satisfied, with only an occasional missing sock. However, after several recent uses, I experienced a significant issue: they ruined one of my undergarments, which now appears cut or torn. When I reached out for support, I was informed that I should not have sent this garment in for washing, despite the care label clearly stating that it is washable. I was advised to use a mesh bag in the future, which has left me feeling confused, as the service provides these bags, yet no prior guidance was given regarding their necessity for specific items. This experience has been disappointing, and I regret to say that I will not be returning to this service.

    Well, it took me an about a week to unload the laundry since I am a full time employee and single mother of 3 little kids. I then noticed all of my 6 year old daughters shorts missing. I mean all of them. They delivered my laundry and then the next day showed up with more laundry of mine. Obviously it had been mixed up or left behind or something. They dont care.

    Did not return over 300 dollars of laundry. Only want to compensate for 60% of items value but cap it at 25 dollars per item. And then they will only give that compensation to you as a credit for future services. Who would use them again after they lost a bunch of your laundry? I would bot recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their service at all and just jerk you around when they s**** up. I spent around 300+ a month with them and now they have lost a customer and their reputation with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

    Please beware of this company if you are a laundromat owner. One they over charge the customer, two there system is completely difficult. Three they dont help you get customers for your revenue, as they lack advertisement for the areas. Also when they feel like they dont need you they drop you with minimal warning to you and the customers you have provided ********************** for. As you can see they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau as you can see. I have tried to call them and they have ignored my called and emails. No professional response has been given or spoken about. Business owners please beware . Unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. They are absolutely rude and nasty. As you can see others say the same. They will probably respond to this and make it seem as if the customer or owner is at fault but its them. Take responsibility for your actions and what your workers do.

    They called me and told me my husband came to the door dressed program Inappropriately, he had boxer shorts on almost down to his knees. He wasnt in Bikini underwear. My husband had a stroke and his Memory is shot. Then they kept messing up my wash , didnt pick it up. Telling that Inappropriate behavior was happening. Im like what. There just so rude and said he kept doing it. I know he didnt because he was embarrassed by what he did. Then they had the nerve to close my account, saying Inappropriate Behavior continue . Which was a lie, I sent them a text to close it .

    Terrible customer service and idiotd doing the laundry. I put a duvet with a cover in the bag and it was returned to me with the strings ripped to the point where I csn no longer use it. I could have bought a whole new duvet and cover with the $87 I spent having them do my laundry. Now my duvet is ruined and SMELLS LIKE MILDEW. Contacted customer service and days later they have not replied to my complaints AT ALL. Terrible first experience, never using or recommending this service again.

    They have issues w driver and reasonable delivery times. They felt I was too particular and wont service me. Shaming, used fragrance when told not too and closed for weeks .

    HappyNest has closed the account of ***********************. This was due to a number of reason, primary being she continuously asked to our drivers to perform duties that we have explained to her that we cannot accommodate. In addition to this, ****************** has regularly abused our issue resolution process in an attempt to get free laundry services from us. We have discussed these issues multiple times with ******************, however the behaviors have not changes. For these reasons, we have closed ****************** account and informed her of this. Thank you.

    I use the one that services National Harbor BUYER BEWARE: If you have fragrance allergies, DO NOT use this service. I wish someone had given me this advice. Ive had repeated discussions with HappyNest regarding my lung issues and my need to be fragrance free. When this happens I put the laundry in an enclosed room until the fragrances leave the clothing. The straw for me was returning home from the hospital (lung issues) and finding the laundry full of fragrances ($50.00 wasted).I sent them a text canceling my account. A few days later, I notice a $10.00 charge. When I spoke to the manager I was informed this was a no show penalty. I advised her that in light of the fact that I canceled there should be no charge. She stated that the $10.00, would be refunded. She explained that even though they use non-perfumed products, the facility is heavily perfumed and therefore, there is transference. This info should have been share with me when I first complained. Youve been warned.

    Happy nest is not able to do my laundry and return everything that is mine back to me. They lost a sentimental blanket, which they offered $30, and I received many items that werent even mine in my laundry many times. They ****. They will lose your clothes and send you random strangers clothes. Whoever is working in the folding room in my town keeps losing my stuff and giving me random strange items. I do not trust going back to happy nest. My clothes and linens are valuable and Im not about to just let happy nest steal my items.

    Hello, we are very sorry for the experience that you have had. We do see that you reported the missing item to us and while we did research into this issue, we were unable to locate/recover the missing item. We do have a protection policy for when an unfortunate instance like this does occur and the compensation provided to you is consistent with the amount you provided for the value of the missing item. We are very sorry again that this item was not able to be recovered, however we would like to clarify that it was not stolen. While this is an infrequent occurrence, especially give the large amount of laundry that our facilities process every day, items do go missing from time to time. That fact is unfortunately unavoidable in laundry service. We make every effort to reduce the occurrence of this issue and are largely effective in that endeavor. Thank you.

    Horrible for one load they charged me ****** for my first order because I didnt use 13 gallon bags. So
