WARNING!! They will take advantage of you! I paid almost $40,000 dollars for a little bathroom under 500 sq feet. The old tile was 4 high and they just covered it with plastic panels 4 high and cover all the gaps with plastic trim and lots of caulking. I have to fix every hole they put in the wall and ceiling and recess the vanity in the wall just like the old one. The shower pipe doesnt come out of the wall far enough so the shower head will not stay where it should. Its spraying the back of the shower wall because it will not go lower because its too close to the wall. The heating metal cover is only 3 long but right next to the toilet and 60 years old so its all pitted and rusted so they were supposed to replace that but they couldnt figure it out so they reimbursed me less than 200 bucks and left it. While I was fixing that I leaned on the toilet and it slid across the floor. Thats when I found out they didnt even bolt it down so I had to fix that also. Many other problems! They might have $1500 in materials and maybe $2500 in labor. They are CROOKS!!Re-Bath of RI & Southern MA

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but wed like to clarify a few important facts.
Everything installed in your bathroom was thoroughly reviewed and agreed upon at the time of sale. The design, materials, and scope of work were documented clearly in your signed contract, which we completed in full. The acrylic wall panels and trim were installed exactly as specified in your agreement.
Your project was completed per contract, and all fixturesincluding the toiletwere fully functional at the time of our final walkthrough. This is the first time were hearing of any issue with the toilet not being secured, and we would have addressed it immediately had we been notified sooner.
Regarding the radiator cover, our team did attempt to source a replacement but could not find a suitable fit. As a gesture of good faith, we provided a full reimbursement, which you accepted in writing as a signed change order.
We have attempted to contact you multiple times over the past week to address your concerns, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. We stand behind the quality of our work and remain committed to resolving any concerns that fall within the agreed scope of the project. If you are willing to speak with us directly, we would be happy to revisit the situation and work toward a resolution. Your satisfaction remains important to us.

I paid $20,000 for a small shower which was installed 3 years ago. They installed a very thin glass door and wall which was unstable. I then paid more for the thickest glass and requested using a hinge to attach the door to the wall and showed them the product I requested in my master bathroom. They installed a different type of door instead. The new door remained flimsy and shook whenever it was opened and closed. The door doesnt close tightly and opens up when the shower is used. It caused a leak and the water got to the ceiling underneath. I complained and they sent someone to repaint my ceiling but it took several months before they sent a person name *** to look at the shower. *** said there was nothing could be done and he will contact someone in engineering department and get back to me. At lest 6-8 months passed without any response from *** so I contacted ******** in warranty department a few times to get her response. She sent someone else to take a look again although I told her *** said it couldnt be fixed. Finally a guy came 3 months ago saying that there was an inch gap between the glass wall and the door which they covered with filler. He said there shouldnt be a gap and offered to replace the glass wall with a bigger one to cover the gap. He said that type of door was not stable for the size of shower I had. I showed him the type of door I requested then he told me that his company didnt have that type of door.I emailed ******** to follow up and she said she sent someone to measure and gave me estimate for a new door. I responded that I wouldnt pay more after I paid $21,000 4 years ago a shower which couldnt be used . She then referred me to a manager named ***** who quickly blamed me for requesting a wrong type of door and offered to remove the glass and replace it with a rod for a shower curtain. She refused to take responsibility and didnt think there was any problem with the shower. Im filing a complaint with ********** to get help.Re-Bath of RI & Southern MA

1 starSCAM!! HORRIBLE!! Overpriced!! $14k just to do a shower, just the shower, and nothing else. I was pushed into that sale. Claimed I signed a wavier saying I couldn't cancel at anytime. I printed all my stuff out and I have no wavier. The salesman told me it would be a "soft" credit check. Lied!! I got hit numerous times because he kept going in and changing the amounts I earn to change my monthly payments. The salesman was on the phone with someone higher than him. So they both messed up my credit. The man on the phone said, " he heard everything while talking to the salesman." The paper claimed, "3 days to cancel.." The salesman came out on a Saturday and I called on Monday. When i called, the man I talked to was the same man that was on the phone with the salesman. He basically told me, in a calm tone, that either I get the overpriced shower installed or pay 50% cancelation fee. $7k for cancelation!! I have all the papers I signed. Then I recieved a certified letter saying "we tried to contact by both phone and in a letter." Funny.. my phone records don't show they called and I never got a "1st Attempt" letter.Review fromJean L

Had a shower remodel done. Was told by sales man that Id be better off covering the window in my shower. I agreed. I had no idea that their idea of covering the window was to just put a piece of plywood over it!! I would have kept the window in the shower instead. Now from outside my house that is what you see when looking at my window. Plywood. I told them during installation thats not what I wanted and even said that I wasnt happy when the work was done. There were other issues when the work was done but they didnt seem to care. The company never did anything to resolve the issue or satisfy us in any way. I am paying a LOT of money for this. The only thing that I wanted and want is the professional job and quality that I am paying for. Every day I have to look at this. So unprofessional. Very dissatisfied customer. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.Re-Bath of RI & Southern MA

This particular bathroom had an existing shower unit installed that covered over an existing window. When we were designing your new bathroom, we did give several different options for that window, including replacing it with a new tempered window that would not have been covered, and you chose and signed for just keeping the existing window covered, the way it was with your existing shower.
Here is the wording that is in the contract "There is an existing window located in the center of the soap dish wall, hidden underneath the existing shower wall liner. Re-Bath in it's scope of work will install a new wall over this window, in the interior of the house only. There will be no change to the window or siding on the exterior of the house" This was signed for and dated on 3/22/2022.

1 starI am hoping that Re-bath will see that I am now engaging with BBB and will respond to me. I had my master bathroom remodeled (updated shower and switched to glass doors and updated flooring), and it has been a complete disaster. What was supposed to take 2-3 days has dragged on for months. The installers were either not properly trained, not trained at all, or simply did not care. After months of headaches and stress, they finally agreed to have new shower framing and glass doors installed, and they placed new heavier flooring down to hide the mess that was made. I started writing down all the issues here but ran out of characters, so suffice it to say, almost nothing from the original install was done correctly, or was kept. And when they had the sub make the final fixes (new install), he did it by himself (had a few hours of help one day only), and he did it all correctly, no more issues. Originally they had 2 installers, with a 3rd person helping with the shower, guess none of them knew how to do it correctly. Because of the headaches, the stress, the everything, I asked them for a discount. Between emails and leaving voice mails, only once I cc'd management did I get a response (that was Friday morning), and what I was offered was an insult. Here it is, Monday afternoon, I have left a message for 'management', and I am not getting any response. Hopefully they will see this and will finally do the right thing. I just want to finish up this nightmare. Buyer Beware!!Review fromSusan A B

1 starPOOR very beginning to end. I continued to get calls from the office saying they hadn't forgotten me and it would start sometime soon they took my 2 phase order & wouldn't start the 1st phase which they had received all the components for until all material for 2nd phase (which was not explained) was rec'd I spoke with C. O. in chrg of sales about my plight. He let me know he was dealing with some personal business and would get back to me. OK The 1st phase was to start at 8am they didn't arrive until 10am understandable because of traffic. They never called until 8:45 saying they were going to be late. The 1st phase installer did not put up any sheeting to keep the dust from spreading and it was everywhere. They sat in their vehicle for two hours not telling me that they were waiting for an inspector. They installed the shower base and left it full of dirt, adhesive & other debris. 2nd phase was to replace the commode, vanity, floor, and towel ************* paper holder. The floor was put down with pencil markings all over the individual pieces, the transitions between the ********** along with the ************************** were installed with a half inch blank space on each end. I told the installer that I did not want it left that way his response was "That's how I always do it and no one has said anything." I'm saying something his reply was "Warranty will take care of it." The towel bars were wobbly and I had to ask 3 times "they were supposed to have some give" I wanted them tighten and he said "they aren't for heavy towels" when I rechecked them his reply was "warranty will fix them" I should have to wait for warranty to fix them when the installer getting paid to do the work hasn't done them properly. it was a TOTAL disaster. When I asked for compensation I was told they don't just give money away. I asked for the ***'s name they told me there wasn't one I had to call BBB to get the *** name. INCOMPETENT SLOPPY WORK JUST TERRIBLE !
