    I have submitted the withdrawal form for retirement payment on October 10, 2024. On November 19th, I contacted customer service to inquire if the form was received. I was told that it had been received and that I should get a letter about the middle of December. I did receive a letter or email, so I called again on December 18th. I was informed that the previous representative was looking into the incorrect files, and a check was mailed. The check was canceled after 120 days after it was not cashed, ( I had no knowledge of a check issuance). The representative sent the request to release a new check to the escalation unit for processing and that I will get an email informing of the status within 3 business days. I called again after not receiving an email on December 30th. I was told that the escalation unit was still working on it. I requested a response from that unit on the status, I was told that I should hear from the by Friday of that week and was given a reference #. Still, I have not heard from anyone. I don't understand why it would take over 2 1/2 months to issue a replacement check that the issuing company had canceled!
