  On August 22, I contacted ******* ******* regarding the purchase of a new company van. Having previously purchased vehicles from ******* as my salesperson, I trusted him to assist me again. I specified that I wanted a black or dark gray van. ******* informed me that he had a dark-colored silver van available.All arrangements were made over the phone, and on Friday, August 30, I went in to sign the paperwork without having seen the van. Due to my tight schedule, I needed to complete the process quickly. After signing, I asked to see the vehicle I had purchased. ******* directed me to drive behind the building to find it. To my surprise, the van was a very light silver, almost white, and was covered in mud on the tires and along the bottom.I immediately called ******* to express my dissatisfaction and requested the dark gray van that was on the lot in front of the building. Unfortunately, ******* did not return my call or respond to my text message. On the afternoon of Thursday, September 19, the light silver van was delivered to my shop, still not detailed and with mud on the tires and along the bottom.The situation worsened when one of my employees drove the van home that evening and it began sputtering when accelerating. Frustrated, I called ******* again and left a voicemail, but received no response. I also sent a text message, which went unanswered. I then contacted the dealership and spoke with *****, the sales manager, and *** the service manager. They arranged for a team member to pick up the van and leave a loaner. To my dismay, the team member arrived with the dark gray van I initially wanted, brand new and never used. It felt like a slap in the face. When I called ***** Clare, the manager, he informed me that he could not sell me that van because it was a loaner. Despite my protests that it was brand new, he insisted that my deal was already finalized. Needless to say, I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

  Horrible **************** Their service department confirmed the vehicle was inoperable transmission fluid leaked out could not be driven . The dealership will not answer calls return calls. They lied about the condition and value to get financing approved. The car making a funny sound a few days after it was sold the service department could not confirm an appoint right away to exceed the 30 days however 300 miles is all the vehicle was driven falls under lemon law. This was a $17,000 ******** this dealership sold that is inoperable they refuse to return calls to the bank and the customer the dealerships service department confirms the car can not be driven . I am without transportation . THis is outrageous never buy a car from this place . ********** sold a car that cant be driven refuses to make any effort to provide customer service ***** manager never return the calls . Worst place you could ever buy a car from. I cant imagine my purchase agreement would be valid in this case. They did not provide a vehicle valued at the price in the sales agreement.
