    It is so frustrating to spend thousands of dollars for a new Hayward pool system only to find out 4 years later that Hayward pool products are terrible and typically break down in 3-5 years! Shame on me for trusting the pool repair company, ****************, for recommending a Hayward Omnilogic pool control system and for not doing a quick search for reviews of Hayward products first. Once I started having problems with my Hayward system, all of the repair people have informed me that the reason that Hayward products are not good and the only reason they are recommended so often is because they Hayward compensates pool service companies for referring customers to them! DO NOT buy Hayward pool products!!!

    We had a new Hayward ColorLogic LED light installed in Sep 2017. This light has been minimally used (500 hours would be a high estimate in usage), and it stopped working in just under 5 years. If this light goes, you have to replace the entire fixture and wiring at a cost of over $1200 installed. Warranty is up, I get it... However this light should last more than 5 years, especially for a unit that would have to be completely replaced, versus just buying a new bulb. I did have a ticket opened with Hayward, and had a certified Hayward dealer come out to look at it and confirm the entire fixture would have to be replaced. I reached back out to Hayward to work with me on this, who stated there is nothing they could do. I will be getting another light, but not from Hayward as their ColorLogic light is junk and they do not stand behind their products apparently.

    Our brand new pool is on its 2nd filter. It has not worked since day one and has pumped sand into our brand new ,very expensive , pool. We spoke with the representative for the manufacture defect and have gotten NOTHING. They dont know when they can send us the part to replace it! Even though they have the full filter in house they will not send it to us. Our pool now looks like a lake full of algae and misc critters swimming in it. We have been without our pool for the entire summer thanks to them! How do they have a A+ rating?! Their product is faulty and their customer service is non existent! Pls do something about this company scamming people out of their hard earned money!
