    None of this stuff lasts and warranty is non existent , the color logic led lights cost 500 plus a year to replace the only last a year and have to pull the entire line for a new one no easy bulb replacement which is ridiculous, pool salt cell only last 2-3 years thats **** to replace, pool heater 1-2 years tops if warranty in effect they send someone out to investigate and find away around honoring warranty or make you pay 50% the cost of the new one. If there is another company , I would research and try that in my opinion this stuff dont last more than a year or two tops. I have no idea how they still sell anything.

    Hayward is a joke! If I could give them zero stars I would have!Hayward reps. lie, they trouble shoot and blame the customer for faulty internet..Don't use ********************!

    I purchased a new T15 Hayward Salt Cell in July 2022. After less than three months the cell was reporting a HOT display with a temperature of 252 degrees. The pool heater and a thermometer placed in the pool indicated 82 degrees.First went to Pinch-A-***** where I bought the cell and it showed it was generating but they do not have a test for the tempura sensor in the cell.Contacted Hayward and they sent me a replacement cell which also indicated the same Hot / 252 degrees.There was an oxide built up on the interface to the system board and T16 Cell plug. After sending numerous pictures including the plug for the original cell which had no oxide build up, they said that I should buy a new system board and if the cell they sent me indicates the same hot / 252 they would send me another cell.The evidence showed that the problem was not present (old cell picture) before the new cell was purchased and that I should risk corrupting another system board with the new cell.This is totally unacceptable as I had a working system board before the cell purchased in July was installed. Their stance is that the board is not under warranty which is irrelevant.This process took over two months to get nothing. Another pool service told me that they had to return a number of Hayward TCells as they were defective upon arrival.

    Buyer beware! We have a saltwater system. The cell went bad, while still under warranty. We tried to call Hayward, per the instructions we were given from the pool company. Hayward wouldn't take our call, ignore the emails and/or did not answer how to get a warranty replacement. The pool company came out to diagnosed the issue and got the approval for a warranty replacement. That was almost 6 months ago. The saltwater system is not working and our pool has turned green numerous times. We've spent more in chemicals then we ever had. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

    Hayward products used to be quality. Not any more, pure junk that you cannot buy parts for anymore...Please do not waste your time.

    DO NOT BUY HAYWARD EQUIPMENT. THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE WARENTE! I purchases a in ground pool from a pool contractor who is a hayward distributor for $125,000.00. After the pool was complete they registered all of my equipment with Hayward. I had a small problem with Hayward lights not work so a hayward distributor came out and fixed it under warrantee. Well my chlorine was not holding so the same Hay ward distributor came out and said my salt cell prematurely went bad and that I needed to call Hayward to get it replace under warrantee. So I did call hayward. They ask me if I can provide them with the serial number on the until. Well I looked for the serial number and I do not see one. So they claim without the serial number they cant warrantee it. They has all ********************** when the pool was complete and did some warrantee work already so they know the equipment is theres and when it was installed but still will not warrantee the equipment that is clearly theres

    Hayward offers rebates on pool cleaners. For the cleaner I purchased the rebate is $125 on a $600 cleaner. I followed directions and sent in rebate info including copy of receipt and SN of unit. I received email back denying my rebate request because they had a duplicate request. I responded with a copy of receipt and a picture of unit with SN clearly displayed - clear proof my claim is legitimate. Again, they refused the rebate request. Hayward is unresponsive to their customer at best and fraudulent at worst. In necessary, I will pursue this in small claims court.

    Our Hayward pool salt cell stopped producing chlorine in 16 months. Warranty was for 4 years. We talked to 5-7 people on their customer service department and they are worst clueless people we ever deal with. They start finding excuse not to activate warranty and put blame on anything except their product and service. Hayward is an **************** company and we will avoid their products in future. Worst company to deal with
