I have been purchasing every month. One month I ordered need a vape to a mess and a fire hazard. I cleaned off the vape put it back in the package after trying it once and it sounding scary. I contacted *32303634343334333439**373432313232303232* for a replacement. Well that was well over a month ago I was told I would get a replacement after they did an investigation and if the device was found negligent. Ive heard nothing. Here at ********************************************************************, we purchase all of our products directly from the manufacturer. On the off chance that a customer receives a defective device, we have a ten-day return/credit policy set up so that customers can report issues and receive compensation for their defective item. We, as a company, would never knowingly send our loyal customers defective products because we understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that is malfunctioning. I placed the order on the weekend and knew it wouldn't be processed until Monday. The money was taken out of my account before my age had been verified. This company doesn't trust their own verification process because they wanted a picture of my ID. I've never had money taken from my account before product was being shipped. Had to answer 3 emails to cancel the order then was told it was being sent to order cancellation department. How long is that going to take? We received your cancelation request on 4/3/2023, and we promptly processed your cancellation and refund. Depending on your financial institution, your refund can take up to 3-5 business days to return to your bank account. The ** verification process that each customer must complete can be a tad sensitive at times and in some cases will need a set of human eyes to look at an ** for verification approval. The database that we use to verify **s is in connection with the REAL ** database. Since the ** that you provided was not a traditional driver's license, the ** verification system had trouble verifying your identity. Our company accepts all state and government-issued **s regardless of whether it is a driver's license or simply an identification card. When placing an order with us, funds are instantly withdrawn and processed as a way to secure a hold on the items in your order. If we suspect that a minor is trying to place an order with us based on a lack of identification, we will automatically cancel their order without hesitation. I ordered from them before and had no issues placed an order again for the same ELF BAR Clear and ***** Mint and others they are making **** upset stomach and diarrhea. Have used White Horse Vapor for a few orders so far and had nothing but amazing experiences. The only suggestion I would give is to keep my kadobar flavors in stock like the cran apple and watermelon *****! I will purchase from this business exclusively! Not only do they have great products and prices, they have phenomenal customer service as well. I had an issue with a vape in my most recent order and put my first call into their CS team. I was helped by, hands down, the best CS agent I've interacted with in my lifetime. ****** assuaged my concerns, took me step by step through how he was fixing it, rectified the issue immediately, and had me smiling and laughing by the end of the call. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty, showed me kindness, and made a usually difficult part about being a consumer easy and enjoyable. You can tell he truly believes in his job and his company and wants what's best for everyone involved. I LOVE white horse. I saw some other negative reviews and I bet people are more motivated to come on here and talk about a bad experience than a good one. That being said *** ordered from them a dozen times and have had nothing but amazing experiences. I live in ****** and my orders come in 2-3 days every time. Always packed perfectly and accurately. One time there was a slight hiccup and I got the wrong flavor and they immediately got back to me with the offer of a gift card or refund. I chose gift card bc I order from them so much. Dont give much credit to these bad reviews. I wish I could post a picture of all my orders with this review bc sometimes I think good reviews are fake. Was super excited placed my first order ever ordering online thinking I was going to save myself some money and time. First vape out of the two I ordered straight out of the package did not work right. It did not shut off in between puffs. It sounded like it was sizzling. I emailed customer service and was told they could send me a label to return the product and once they saw it was in route from the tracking they would issue me an account credit of less than what the product cost. No option for refund or any other options actually. Thats unacceptable, the product I paid for was defective. That is not my fault and should not cost me out of my pocket to have to replace it for more than I originally paid. Also, it was a refund in an account credit, as if Im gonna purchase from them again. ** I received a response as I was typing this that they calculated the amount that they were to credit me back in correctly. They credited the right amount to my gift card. In other words, a store credit. So unless I order from them again I cant even use it. Not to mention I would have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping or it would cost me even more than my original order. I would not recommendWhite Horse Vapor Stores, LLC

We're happy to hear that the other vape in your order is working as intended. As for the original defective you received, the store policy is that we receive the defective item in question back so it can be QA tested in-store to determine whether the product was defective and, if so, in what way. It's very typical for a store credit to be issued once we see the defective item is in transit on its way back to us, and many companies operate under this standard. You should not incur any cost, as we will send you a prepaid label to get the item in question returned to us. We're delighted to hear that you received the correct value of the defective vape. You are able to use that at any time; it won't expire. If it's more convenient to utilize when we do the storewide shipping with no minimum purchase, we highly encourage you to hang onto it so you can use it to your advantage during these sales.
