      Don't ever use this company. They are ripping people off at paying ***** for expedited shipment a f takes over a week to even process your order. This has happened to me twice. Contacted customer service as my order placed on 8/4 hadn't even been processed yet to cancel my order. Was informed I couldn't cancel as my order is in processing. Demanded to be cancerd as products haven't left faculty. Again was told very snotty I couldn't cancel my order. I will be mailing these back when I finally receive and NEVER use site again. Beware people. I will spead this thru all social media. Do better white horse vape. Zero stars...

      I ordered a product in good faith thinking I would received a vape I could actually use. However my last order contained a defective vape. I emailed them explaining the issue and they said I would receive a replacement if I sent back the old one. I waited for my return label and instead I received an email stating my return was rejected. The reason stated, was that my vape wasnt defective, yet they never saw the vape or tested it for quality control. The vape I received produced no flavor and caused severe irritation to my throat, which isnt normal. I contacted 2 other vape stores who said that this is considered a backwards vape, meaning it the internal parts were placed in the incorrect position. So you get a battery like acid hit to your throat because the flavor isnt coming out as it should. They also informed me its dangerous to use these. I explained this to the company and now they will not respond. Its considered fraud to sell defective products to clients. They stole my money and will not uphold their return policy. I contacted them the same day as I received the vape and even had a coworker try it. He coughed and burned his throat. As a police officer who has referred many of my coworkers to this company Im outraged and this. I will be telling everyone to stay away so they wont get scammed like me. All I wanted was a working product that I paid for.

      Ive been ordering from you all for a few months now, I have had nothing but a positive experience. I surprised how quickly and discreetly they show up. I realize if I have a defective vape thats not on you its the company. I had one but didnt realize your return policy and thats on me. I started buying all my vapes from you and I can do that knowing you have my back if anything goes wrong. Thanks for being awesome

      Five Stars I love this company and have only ordered from them for disposable vapes and I'll only order from them there BBB rated at the top.

      Horrible service. Email confirmation states that it will take 1 business day for your order to ship. Placed my order Wednesday morning and it is now Tuesday the following week and my order still hasnt shipped. I emailed and the response I get is that its still in the works but they are out of a flavor I ordered. Why does it say 1 day shipping if you cant do it? Was anyone going to reach out to me about the flavor being out? Horrible and slow. Will not be ordering again, white horse used to be great, now they are just horrible.

      I've been trying to contact the company for 48 yours now (multiple ways) due to an order placed with priority shipping that hasn't shipped out yet after 1 week. I've yet to receive any response from the company

      They are listing the Elfbar at $13.99 and then charging $15.49 for it at checkout. The shipping time gets increasingly worse and the customer service department seems unconcerned by any of this.
