      This company is a scam. I ordered two wedges from them and they were never delivered. They will not answer the phone. They eventually sent me an email, and when I responded to the email to ask them the status of my order, they never responded. Do not send these crooks any money, they need to be investigated.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. You will not receive the product and they will be long gone with your money. They will not answer their phone and request you to leave a message. They will NOT get back to you. Leave them an email message and might get a response from *** spreading the big lie that she will check with the warehouse. Read the other reviews here and they are spot on. This company needs to be investigated and these SCUMBAGS need to be shut down and pay for the theft they are involved in.

      Warning anything ordered from there sight will not be delivered and you will never get ahold of anyone and your money will be lost. Do not order from this company - It is a scam.

      I got a receipt for my purchase but no routing number. I've called twice and get routed to a voicemail that says to leave a message with my name (and spell it), my email address and phone number. NO contact and I'm totally blind as to when or if my purchase will get here! I will never order from them again.

      This company should be investigated for their fraudulent practices, I ordered a product and have yet to receive it, only one of several emails have been answered ***** saying order has been placed and will get back to me with shipping and tracking information, never heard back.Is this a foreign entity using an American address to do their business. CSPS should look into them as well as the BBB. They should make them take down their website and business all together!

      Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered Sure Set Training Aid on Jul 23rd. Very similar interaction: Receive an automated email thanking me for the order and promising a full refund if I am not fully satisfied withing 30 days of receiving the item. After a couple of weeks, I sent an email asking for the status of my order. Received, what I now believe was an automated reply, indicating that "according to the warehouse you should be receiving your package very soon." To make look real, it was sent by "***". Two weeks later and still no product, so I sent another email. This time *** indicates the product is in now in stock and will ship on Monday. Of course, the product never arrived. They are scam artists.

      Do not buy from this company they talk a good game about how the run their company but its all made up they are a fraud, I cant believe their still in business with all the complaints to BBB . I hope the BBB can do something to prevent this company to continue

      On July 31 I ordered two putting aids, totaling $95.45, with a projected arrival in 6-8 business days. Didnt receive a confirming e-mail. Confirmed that the order had, in fact , gone through by checking credit card statement. Emailed them on Aug 14 asking for an update. No response. Called several days later and was sent to voicemail. Received email next day saying that order had shipped and they would supply tracking number later that same day. Still no package. Still no tracking number. The case is now pending with the credit card company ********

      These guys are crooks. i ordered a product, they said back ordered and not sure when it would be shipped. I cancelled and received confirmation of cancel and promise of refund within 8 to 10 days. 19 days later it showed up unannounced on my door step. Received second promise of refund, but no instructions for return except at my expense. They don't return phone calls, and quit responding to emails. My credit card company would not credit me with purchase price because I had nothing from Golfers RX offering refund. I no longer do business with that credit card company. I still have not opened the box for the product.
