      So recently I have taken my 2019 **** expedition *** to Flood ford of Narragansett. I have been with **** in service who started off nice but has become difficult to speak with. I dropped off my car to service to have the emergency break fixed because I kept getting the warning message on the screen. After a week later they replaced the rear caliper and told me I was all set. billed the warranty 1100$. I picked up the car and 1 week later it blew a radiator hose. I brought it back to Flood they told me its a hose and they need to order it, 2 days they said. 2 weeks later they still had my car and when I called I was told "still waiting for part". Finally got my car bar back and they charged me 717$ for a hose!!!. We pick up the car pay the bill and drive it home. The next morning we get into the car and start it up. Warning message on screen again "emergency break needs service ASAP" So the same issue they supposedly fixed was broken again. I called to let them know and make another appointment . I spoke with **** was seemed pretty annoyed with me that I was asking questions and refusing to be pushed around by the service ***** I was told that the only appointment they have is a month and half away. **** said I could drop it off and they may be able to get to it sooner but he cant be sure. I told him that its our family car and I just can't leave it there. **** said that's your options. All I wanted is for them to fix the issue but was told that it could be cause by something I did and not related to the previous issue. which happened to be the same issue that fixed. The service ***** does not seem to care about their customers, Its very cold shouldered and all about bottom line with them. I wish it was not like that because I actually like the dealership but their service ***** is horrible.

      I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this dealership, and it only reinforces the negative perception that many people have about car dealerships. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and I was repeatedly promised calls regarding the status of my vehicle only to have to call at the end of each day to find out it was going to cost more and take longer. To make matters worse, the dealership ran into issues that resulted in additional costs, but instead of informing me, they continued with the repairs and left me with no option but to pay more. If I had been notified before any irreversible actions were taken, I would have decided not to proceed with the repairs. The dealership's lack of transparency was unacceptable, especially given the fact that the first step of the job took ten hours, despite being booked for only two hours, and I was never updated on the progress. The price of the repairs kept increasing, originally starting at around $700 and ending up at $3000, after they initially quoted me $5000, which I only found out about after I questioned them. I also requested to speak with the service manager, but I was told that he was not in, and when I asked to speak with the general manager, the service advisor told me that there was no general manager, which was proven to be false with a simple search of the dealership's website. I feel like I was deliberately kept in the dark so that the dealership could take more money from me.
