  The Barrett Group is staffed with highly *******************************. These aren't recruiters or headhunters, they are there to make sure you find the perfect career. And a career is not just another job. The first thing you do is align your lifestyle, your personality, and your goals with the job search. From there The Barrett Group offers experienced and impressive professionals to guide you through your job search.The program is comprehensive. Taking you from high-level goals, to professional resume writing, leveraging social media, engaging your network, interviewing prep, and with a host of powerful career tools, they can connect you to the right recruiters, hiring managers, directors, and C-suite professionals.Some may be concerned about the price. I justified it by assuming an *** of 100%. If that is the result, then why wouldn't I sign up? In reality the *** was much greater with a job offering a much more promising future than where I was. If you've never had a dedicated professional helping you find the right job, consider hiring the Barrett Group; you won't be disappointed.

  Excellent service during a stressful time. They were able to help me formulate a plan, understand what I really wanted, get the right resume together, prepare my LinkedIn in profile and eventually ace the interviews. Landing a job in 4 months rather than 12 made it a great financial decision. Everyone was very honest an up front throughout the process.

  I am grateful that I decided to work with the Barrett Group. I started my new job search in March of this year. I was employed as an Executive Pastor at a multicultural ************** in ********* **********, and I had two problems; 1. I didn't want my current employer to know that I was considering a new position; 2. I didn't know what I wanted to do since I had worked in church administration for 23 years. I wanted to relocate to ******* to be with my family which limited some of my options so I needed help. After researching and interviewing with several firms I decided to work with the Barrett Group because of their core methodology which helped executives find employment in the unpublished job market, something that resonated with me because I have been the recipient of this process on several occasions. I enjoyed working with my Clarity coach, *****************************, she was easy to work with. She had me take some personal assessments that revealed some surprising information about how I come across to people I work with and lead. This was helpful and I kept this in mind while looking for a new position.The next step was to work with my career consultant, *********************** who taught me the unpublished job market and how to tap into it utilizing LinkedIn. I had a LinkedIn account but never used it, so I had some work to do. **** helped me develop my profile and branding, instructed me on how to research various industries to ultimately come up with an industry to pursue where I could easily utilize my transferable skills. I started looking for positions like director of development, and director of major gifts. I ended up landing a position at a non-profit organization (Director of Development) utilizing the methodology I learned with the Barrett Group and never had to fill out a job application.I strongly recommend The Barrett Group to anyone who is looking to land an Executive Position.*****
