    Purchased a vehicle from the dealership. The owner of the dealership said there was three issues with the vehicle that he would repair. We live in ** and explained we would be leaving to go back in the summer of 2023 but he said the issues would be resolved before then. To date he has only done one of the three repairs and no longer returns phone calls. The details are listed in the attached document. At this point the repairs need to be done quickly or a check given so we can have the repairs done in **.

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I am accepting this offer with the understanding that I can file another complaint in the event a check is not received from Frenchtown Motors after I send a quote for the repair. 

     I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that this complaint will be closed as resolved by the offer to send a check for the repairs.
