I want the final invoice for services rendered so that I can file rebate claim to National Grid; that's all.I signed a contract with Done Right for replacement of water heater/boiler for $11,000.00, who said that I would get $1200.00 back in rebates from National Grid.I paid Done Right $4400 on 12/27/2021 and another second $4400.00 on 1/6/2022. They left work unfinished for several months and finally came back to finish it in March. (Unfortunately, my mother had back surgery and I was away. They asked for security code to get into my house to finish up the work. When I got back, I discovered close to $1000.00 in expensive plate damage, for which I have the pictures. They said that the police in ******* did that, when they tried to shut down my security system. To this day, I don't know who caused the damage -- the ************** or Done Right.)I called the Done Right company *********************** when I came back in March that the vent to the outside had still not been fixed and the infusion pump has been leaking water all over the basement floor. I started to receive harassing calls from the so-called owner (business Done Right) ********************* to pay off the remainder of $2200.00. I let ************ know that I wanted the job completed before I would pay it as well as filing the rebate to National Grid. He finally came by in May to replace the infusion pump. I had since paid two other handymen $1000.00 to close up the vent to the outside -- which this company had promised to take care as part of job. I gave ********************* a check for $2200.00. I asked him about the rebate. He finally emailed me the application for the rebate a few days later after exchange of not so pleasant words. He has never send me the final invoice for which I need to complete National Grid rebate application for rebate $1200.00, despite multiple texts and emails to both *********************/***********************. National Grid rebate has to be filed within 3 months of completion work. Please help me! Tx!!

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

I would like to reopen this case because all I want is the final invoice to submit to ********************* for rebate.  ********************* will not give me the rebate without final invoice.  This is a simple financial transaction and the final invoice is due to me, payor of his service.  He is being very ***** and malicious by not giving me my final invoice.  He is also trying to cover up bad service from his company (defective infusion pump not replaced up to April/May -- first installed end December/January) by hostile verbally abusive manner when dealing with me.

All I need from his company is the final invoice that is due to me upon because I have paid it off.  He promised in his email that he would give it to me.
