Citizens bank closed my account and issued me a cashiers check for $1626 to refund that money that was in the account. I deposited the check into my ******** account and ****************** did not honor the check because they stated the check was already cashed which resulted in my ******** account getting overdraft and closed. I called ************ directly to resolve the issue and they said that the check has not been cashed and to go to the branch to cash the check. When I went to the branch they did not cashed the check stating the check was cashed. I called back office and they said to go back to the branch because the check is good to cash. I went to the branch for the 2nd time and once again the teller stated I am unable to cash the check due to this same issue I would like citizens to refund my monies.Customer Answer

At the beginning of the year I filed a complaint regarding ****** and their equipment. Vivint stopped charging me a monthly fee but even after several attempts of me contacting them I still see that Citizen One continues to charge me for the equipment. I moved to a different state 2 years ago and neither company were helpful in me continuing their services. I reported Vivint to the BBB and as per the legal department with Vivint neither vivint or citizen one should continue to charge me, however they have never stopped charging my credit card. Please help.Business Response

I got approved for the iPhone upgrade program via citizens ones bank. On October 5th I returned my iPhone to ***** in store, I got a return receipt and ***** confirmed to citizens one bank via a 3 way call that the phone was returned and the refund was issued the same day. It is now November 14 over a month and a week since the refund was issued and citizens one refuses to credit my account and still wants me to pay off the phone (that was returned and that I have proof was returned!) I have spent more than 30 hours with them on the phone trying to resolve this issue over the course of the past month. This is a no that does not do anything and when presented with facts that are contrary to what they say they just stall up and have nothing to say.Business Response

Waiting for an additional deposit of $250: Explaination...Bank had a promotion in April 2024 Called 5 for 5 If you do everything, you were to get $500 on October 30th 2024. I received only 250. The bank manager, ***** said they are working on it and I keep calling and they still have not resolved the issue as of the date of this complaint 11/13. I also called the Corporate customer service phone number ************* Option 1, and spoke with Jaquain (not sure of spelling). He transferred me over to a manager, ***. He said he needed to send over the problem to the marketing department. I am really tired of waiting for a resolution. I would like the $250 plus interest.Business Response
