Waiting for an additional deposit of $250: Explaination...Bank had a promotion in April 2024 Called 5 for 5 If you do everything, you were to get $500 on October 30th 2024. I received only 250. The bank manager, ***** said they are working on it and I keep calling and they still have not resolved the issue as of the date of this complaint 11/13. I also called the Corporate customer service phone number ************* Option 1, and spoke with Jaquain (not sure of spelling). He transferred me over to a manager, ***. He said he needed to send over the problem to the marketing department. I am really tired of waiting for a resolution. I would like the $250 plus interest.Business Response

I purchased a vehicle in 2004 and financed it through Citizens Bank. The vehicle was paid off within 5 years. No title or lien release was received. On 11/1/2024 I went to the *** to obtain a title so I can sell and transfer the vehicle. The *** advised me there is still a lien showing on the vehicle from Citizens. I contacted Citizens who found my auto loan and said they would process the lien release electronically and send me a release via mail. After a week & not receiving any info, I went back to the *** who still showed a lien. I called Citizens and spoke to someone who said they could not find my account at all via VIN nor my social. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone who may be able to help and he said there was no one. I hung up and called back. This person found my account and said the electronic lien release was completed. He said he would process again just to see if that helped. I am now stuck and do not know who to contact. Each customer service person I spoke to with ********************** was from *********** and had broken English. None seemed to know how to help me. I cannot find any other contact info that leads to someone here in the ** that can assist me. I simply want to obtain a title for vehicle which was paid off 15 years ago.Business Response

On April 18th I deposited $10,000.00 dollars into my savings account with the agreement that after 5 months I would receive a $500 dollar bonus. This bonus would be paid out by the end of October which did not happen. I have had 3 conversations with the bank (***** @ ************ and corporate office in **********, ************) they stated that I have qualified for the bonus but have a system problem in making a payment. I have no date from them when this will be corrected. I have attached the flyer that promoted this offer.Business Response

In late August, my home was damaged by severe hail storm. My insurance company assessed the damage and provided a check to me and my mortgage company, Citizens Mortgage. I completed the process as requested by Citizens Mortage using *********************** and mailed the check to Citizens Mortgage for endorsement in September. Check was received by Citizens Mortgage on 10/1/24 according to ***********************. It has been over a month and Citizens Mortgage has yet to provide the insurance funds to me to pay for repairs. I have called 6 times during the month of October and early November to inquire about when the funds will be provided. The typical answer is 3-5 business days or 5-7 business days for various parts of the process (it has been over 25 business days at this point). I have asked on 3 occasions to speak with a manager then I'm put on hold for a while and then told no managers are available. I have requested a file a compliant and received no response. Because the damage to my house includes broken windows and water damage, I worked with a roofing contractor to repair my roof as I do not want to risk additional water damage from weather. Repair to house is completed and I completed a visual inspection using InsuranceClaimCheck to prove repairs are completed. I want Citizens Morgage to provide the insurance funds so the roofing contractor can be payed in full for the work they completed. It is unacceptable for Citizens Morgage to hold the insurance money for so long that is needed to repair my home.Business Response
