    This is an official complaint. I've been a valued customer and has been treated very poorly. I've been falsely accused of cursing cocktail waitresses out,. I've been harassed, retaliated against, discriminated against. On 11/3/2024. I was surrounded by staff and security and falsely accused of cursing out the cocktail waitresses. I was asked for my players card and photo Id. I was informed I was banned from casino. I was escorted to my room by security.Five minutes security supervisor stated she did an investigation and the employees lied. This is unacceptable.I have several comps being a valued customer.I've been utilizing and paying for additional days. I noticed you sign for certain amount when you check out you're charged a higher price. On 11/23/2024. I went to VIP lounge in which, I earned. Manager Iesha came very hostile and stated are you packing food in your bag. I told her I've my cake in my bag. Iesha stated I need your ID and players card. I'm banned from VIP lounge because I can't take food out. No where in the facility states you can't take anything out.The place likes to cause friction for innocent people especially African Americans.On Dec 1, 2024 I had reservations already confirmed along time ago. I go to reservations to check in I was informed that it was all sold out and overbooked. I stated I've reservations.I was given run around. I have medical issues. I don't take elevators given Doctors note. I file complaint now being targeted. Front desk Corine is a horrible person who targets innocent people then talks badly about me to staff.Finally 7 hours later. Corinne on several occasions in my face calling management to complain that I'm using so many comp days and I can go to another hotel. if I can't go to 21 st floor. Manager Jose the worst check me in about 7 hours knowing I don't take elevators put me on 21 st floor said security can walk me up. Security declined..I was turned away.Corine stop acting so toxic with Customers. Iwas charged.:((

    Bally casino is shady. They are the only one that requests your bank statements and ALL of your personal information. They also delete your account if you attempt to withdraw. Also you can't call customer service, the number hangs up after an hour on hold. Online customer service took 10 hours straight and multiple "disconnects". Something suspicious is going on. They have 0 stars all around for online reviews. They can take money just fine but they will not give it back . #lawsuit

    horrible ... i have been trying to become verified for over a week now, i have been told numerous times verification is complete even recieved emails saying it is complete. When i log in i still am notified verification is incomplete despite what customer service has said. Again i am coming up on over two weeks now of verification, it is nearly impossible to reach customer service as general wait times can be 3+ hours then the only remedy is to email support which will not help you. Again i've been told im good to go and the notification jsut doesn't change. Get your stuff together this is why your site will die over time.

    This place needs to be revaluated i am sorry ok I took me and mother there today everything was ok for a little bit we played a few games and won they had a promotion where new signups can get 45+45 in free play on the Ballys casino app and 45 in free slot play at ballys Atlantic city or 100 in free play on the bally casino app so me and my mother were having trouble with it we went to the rewards center to get help a man and a woman were rude disrespectful and discriminatory towards me and my mother as if they didn't want to help us sign up because of a Qr code instead of just having a form to fill out to make it much easier there was one gentlemen who worked on a different floor that tried to help us he was polite but we was standing there for almost 45-50 minutes just to find a resolution which there was no resolution then i am playing some slots security walks up to me asking me for id i am 25 years old my mother showed her my id we showed i was of legal age like come on seriously and what makes even worse every slot i was wining on after i left they would try to follow me and my mother that's racial profiling and its unacceptable and inexcusable on their part

    If I would give them 0 stars I would they took money out of bank account and I didnt want it to be in there I was told I was beat and would get a refund even tho I never used the money!! They are nothing but hacks and thieves and have the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with

    Bally Casino in PA is a rip off. I had a decent hit. It showed that I had won $1595.00. I tried to collect and they tell me they have no information on this. The information is no longer in the gaming history so I am left with no proof. Previously I played a game spinning the bet of $5.00. I never bet higher. When I hit re-spin it changed my bet to $50.00. This happened several times before I realized my money was gone. I complained about this but they determined it was my fault, that I changed the bet. What a scam. Play at Bet Rivers ** for an honest casino.

    Terrible app with terrible service. I have run into multiple issues with this company. Unable to make withdrawals due to "safety guidelines" which means send us all of your personal information over the Internet and then wait for us to contact you several days later and have you submit more. I also had a game lock up during a bonus round which triggered them to freeze my account after winning 100 on another game. This app is a scam.

    If I could leave a negative ************************************* a second!!!! I made a deposit on the Bally's app to utilize the online casino and when I tried to withdraw my money they repeatedly said that my documentation to verify my ownership of my bank account was not sufficient. It has been almost 2 months and I just submitted more documentation today from my bank consisting of a letter verified by my bank that I am the owner of the account and once again they said it is not enough. I have traded at least 15 emails with them and they absolutely refuse to give me my money. BEWARE!!! DO NOT...DO NOT....DO NOT deposit money with them because when it comes to getting a withdrawal it will never happen. These people are thieves and crooks. DO NOT use their casinos!!!! DO NOT!!! USE PlayLive for their online casino but DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use Bally's!!!!!!
