    My problem is with the ************.I had a bad experience with the bartender named *** he was very racist. There were three black women at the bar and he would not wait on any of **. Continue to wait on people that were just walking up and told us we just had to wait. Try to find a supervisor that night however none would ever show up so I filed the complaint in the morning

    The worst casino ever. If you win big, expect them to not offer any way to withdrawal your money. Snakes and thieves honestly.

    The casino hosts are the worst. They are akin to the ******** Mafia. There is a guy named **** Who Is as unprofessional and disgusting in his behavior as the rest of the hosts.Especially *************************. There is another host named **** and she is extremely ignorant in dealing with customers. The host manager is named **** and he and the free play they offer is a scam. Stay away from Ballys. You will drop thousands of your money. They give you free play from that loss and then you cant use your free play !!

    I am a superstar member. The encounter I had today was beyond unprofessional, distasteful and absurd. I have reservations at this location, checked in and all with my necessary documentation. During my stay I lost my iD. I was told that i can no longer stay on the floor because I didnt have valid iD on me anymore when I asked for a drink and one drink lady decides to iD me. Are you serious?? I have a freaking reservation and Im a superstar. There should be plenty of ways to identify me. Im not from *************. How is it possible to get an iD on a Sunday and youre no where near home? Waste of my time and money. This used to be my favorite location. All I need is distasteful-ness one time and ** turned off. The one time I ever lost my license and I was treated like a homeless person on the street. I just thank goodness Im not rude and crazy and Im glad I was done with my game because I would have really had an issue with this place. Seek better staff and reevaluate policies for regular players. They are Disgusting .

    The online app is refusing to delete my personal credit card information from their site. I had requested that they close the account, but requested that they please delete my credit card information first. They continue to refuse to delete my information and have not reactivated my account so that I can do so. They are saying that legally, they have to keep my personal card info on file but that they have blocked it from being able to be used. This is highly concerning and should be reviewed by outside agencies.
