      Our dumpster pick up with Mega was scheduled for every Thursday. We were experiencing constant missed pick *** from the company for quite some time. In the month of December, they missed the last Thursday pick up and the calendar moved into January. The came to pick up only once in the month of January. We canceled the account with them the first week of February. As we pay in advance by one month, we paid in full for the month of January and never received any service as the only pick up was technically for the paid month of December. The last time there was a pick up was the one time in January. When they came to collect their dumpster it was empty. I have reached out by email and phone several times, to a few different managers with no response at all in this matter. They owe us one month of reimbursement. I am seeking this refund from Mega Disposal. Attached is a couple emails that have been sent out and the January invoice

      Been trying to cancel our account and no one answers our calls. They keep billing ** for weekly pick *** when our business is closed!

      We have a dumspter scheduled to be picked up once a week. In the last 12 weeks they picked the dumpster 2 times. But keep charging us

      I have a service being provided by this company they come for weekly pickups of my dumpster. They have missed 5 weeks in a row. I have called and called to no prevail. They transfer me to managers that never call back. They tell me they are coming today and never show up. I am getting complaints from my tenants and my neighbors. I have 5 weeks of overflowing trash in my dumpster and they will not come and pick up the trash. I am scheduled to be picked up every Wednesday. Today marks the 5th pick up missed in a row. The sales manager has been terminated my service as I have asked for, for a week. I paid for all of December and they missed 3 out of the 4 pick **** I keep getting customer service agents that do nothing about the issue. This company is horrendous and my issue is not being resolved. I have called every day and every day I get the same run around answer.

      for two years now mega has skipped many pick *** of my dumpster as they are scheduled to pick up every other week . At this time it has been roughly 6 weeks since last pick up . I have been in constant contact with my rep **** with no resolution! on Thursday the 28TH **** called me asking me multiple time to send him a text saying that i want to suspend my service, I hesitated and told him i have an excessive amount of trash and need it all picked up , he assured me it would be. as of today we are a few days passed the day he said it would be picked up.

      Mega Disposal regularly misses pickups of our trash and recycling bin for our commercial residence that hosts 54 families. When we call them to advise of the missed pickup, they lie and tell us they will pick up the next day but they don't. When our bins are full due to missed pickups, they overflow onto the ground as there is no where else to place the refuse, and **** refuses to help us pick it up.Mega also disposes trash onto our property during pickups and refuses to pick it up which violations *******, ** littering laws where companies are not allowed to litter on private property.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. We would like the business to release ** from contract without penalty as they aren't making any attempts to resolve the issues we are experiencing with them.

      We have a dumpster at our business that is full and they will not pick it up. It has been 3 weeks and we call almost every day to be told the dumpster will be picked up tomorrowIt is a health hazard. They told me they are short staffed but 3 weeks is an incredibly long time to wait for pick up. This is the second time its happened. I just want the dumpster out of there. The location is ***************************************************************** Ive left messages for the management and the have never called me back.

      In October 2022 I phoned mega disposal to begin cancellation of my service. They said they would leave a message for my representative and he would get in touch with me.In November of 2022 I called to again cancel my service and point out that my service had been skipped and I was still being charged for it. I again was promised a call from my representative.December 1 2022, because no one had called, I called again and was referred to ********************* about the matter. We exchanged emails discussing my intent to cancel my service. December 20 2022 ****** emailed me apologized for the lack of communication. I again re stated my intent to cancel services and my concern that I was going to be racking up charges for services I was not using and wished to cancel.December 26, ****** emailed me back and said even though I have been emailing and calling, I need to send a certified letter stating my intent to cancel services. I am extremely frustrated, because three months into my attempts to cancel my services I am just now being told of what I need to do to successfully do that. I would have sent the letter in October.December

      I signed up for a cardboard dumpster with a pick up every other week. My price doubled, and my service went south. I'm lucky if I see them once a month for pick up. I cancelled my service, and now I can't get them to come and get the dumpster. I have been dealing with the sales rep, who is very helpful, but he can only do so much.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Called and was told maybe they would pick up the dumpster in the next few weeks.
