      For a year I've had to call either every week or every few weeks because my trash is not picked up. I'm told it's due to lack of employees , but the neighbors next door and across the street are always picked up. I call both the company and ***************** and feel like I'm getting no where and ignored. I have a 3 family house and my tenants have no where to put there trash . I'm frustrated and not sure where to turn to next.

      Trash has not been picked up in two weeks. I have reached out to the town and the company and have received radio silence over the last 7 days. I just submitted another inquiry on the site today. Our barrel is full and there is no other disposal option in town. We have two cats and it is absolutely disgusting. We are tenants with a landlord in another state, so our hands are extra tied. This is a common problem throughout town and it cant seem to be fixed.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

       

      Also, trash was picked up at 10 am on Sunday (10/16). This morning, I received an email from your residential dispatcher accusing me of saying trash was not picked up at 3 pm when drivers were on the road. Per my records, my request was submitted at 5:19. It was a little off putting to be accused of being impatient. However, everything is all set as of right now and I hope that when Friday rolls around this week, my trash is picked up on time.

      Mega disposal has not emptied the dumpster since July this year.I have monthly pick up contract.And they have been charging my account on regular bases.Besides so many phone calls there is no response since July this year.The dumpster has been over flowing and some rodents has been seen lately by our employs.Mega disposal took over our account for ************* company sometime back in June this year and they were supposed to swap the dumpster with one of their own and that never happened.If we try and call a.b.c we are told to contact mega disposal.So please if BBB can help us resolve this issue we will be very thankful .

      Looks like you were being serviced prior by *** Hauling out of *********** **. We acquired *** earlier this year and after looking up your account it looks like your service has since switch from *** to ******* have passed along your account and complaint information to both our operations team as well as our sales team. Our trucks have GPS trackers in them, they will be reviewing this and also following up with the driver. I have asked our sales rep to reach out to you once they have more information from July 1st through current.
