    Nathan Clark issued a fraudulent explanation of the terms of their commission. I am a senior citizen and I gave permission for them to speak with my son but not to negotiate with him. They told him something different than they told me and the difference was 10K. The realtor lied about the way commission was going to be exchanged. They told me I would be forced to close on the deal. The situation is complex so please call me so I can provide details.
