    I give Nathan Clark 5 stars, for poor business ethics. I received a letter Feb 2nd, ****, its dated Feb 10th, ****, the senders names are *********************************** the return address is Nathans office, the opening line of the letter is Ill get straight to the point. I may have a buyer for your home, referring to the *******. I have more questions to ask him but as of today, Feb 3rd, ****, he hasnt responded to my email, phone call, text, is this someone you want to represent you when buying or selling real estate?

    I am so glad I went with Nathan Clark! My sister and I met with our realtor together. We were selling our parents' 2-family home. But first, my sister had to buy her first home since she lived in the house we needed to sell. My sister had such a good experience that I chose to work with the same realtor. He asked what I would like to get for the house and, when I told him, he said he would work to make it happen. He came through for me and my family. We sold the house quickly and got more than we asked for. He explained the process, kept me informed, answered my questions and overall kept the process running smoothly. He worked out a strategy that made this sale a success! I was so pleased with the service he provided, that I recommended him to another sister who is now looking to buy her first home. I would highly recommend Nathan Clark!
