  ****, the ******** repair technician arrived promptly to replace a damaged screen in our storm door. He was very careful and particular about getting the screen in correctly and took great care to apply the proper tension, when he installed the outer rubber holding gromets. Professionally done with care and a quality outcome - Thank You ****

  Last July, we have a salesman came to our house for a quote on an entry door. After showing us what Renewal by Andersen can offer, we fell in love for a new entry door which will course us close to $11,000.We have to wait for a long time to get it the door installed because of the supply shortage etc... Finally we got the door installed at the end of September, but they installers did a crappy job; but the door itself it beautiful. They did not have the new door made they way our previous door dead look and combination was supposed to be, on top of all of the other issue that came with the installation. Since them i have been in communication with them. They never sent any inspector to my house to check after the door had been installed. But i made several calls with my complaints, but they kept turning me around. Finally an inspector came, i was told they have to order me a new door which was scheduled to come in last November, but NAY It did not happened. I called again and made them aware if they can fix things i will let go the new door go. Another inspector came, which details for ************** etc... It has been 3 weeks no answers I called last week my representative was on vacation; called again today to hear that I'm moving in positive way but no date can be provided from a rude customer service lady who refused to connect me to a supervisor or manager, which I requested multiple time, she proceed to tell me i won't get one. I'm fed up with this horrible company, I'm seeking legal advice. Please avoid using them they feel like they are too big to be failed, loosing one customer is not the end of the world.They don't deserve to get "F". Please don't use them DO NOT let their advertisements carry you away.

  From start to finish Renewal by Andersen did a terrific job on my large pane glass windows and sliding French doors. The no pressure salesman ***** was great as was customer service keeping me apprised of the progress of my order. My installers, Slava and ******, were timely and provided excellent craftsmanship. They were very professional and made sure the house was spotless before they left. Great job all around!

  Fantastic job from start to finish, clean, neat and perfect. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and I am very happy with the windows and the installation. A top-notch job all around and the input during the design phase was excellent. I have ordered the last 4 to complete my living area and looking forward to that next step.

  New windows leaking and they want me to hire a 3rd party to fix it. Damaging walls and brand new trim and paint. What a joke.

  Excellent work! The installation crew were thorough and very knowledgeable. They extended their expertise to demonstrate what we needed to know. They were courteous and attentive to detail. Their clean up was outstanding. Amazing job, we keep saying how much warmer and brighter the house feels. Would highly recommend!
