      Very professional and polite representatives from this company. They took the time to answer all of our questions and were very thorough in reviewing our window, presenting a variety of options and preparing for the installation. This is a significant purchase and we want to get it right from the beginning. Their approach gives us confidence that this will be successful.

      We have been dealing with our area customer service department for 3 years. 3 years of pure poor customer service. 3 defective doors. False promises. They should be ashamed of themselves! But there not! Ive never experienced such intentional back stabbing promises with a sorry to here that crap!

      I appreciate the calls to confirm the ************* of the salesperson & the installers.******** was a great salesman, showing us what each choice we suggested would look like.I'd give him a ten & ******* our installer,also a ten.My only complaint is that there were no azake forms for our air conditioners ready made even though the measurements were taken @ the time of the window measurements. That meant that ******* had to make them before he could leave. They shouldn't be offered if you can't supply them on time.
