      I agreed to purchase a vehicle in the morning of May 9th. Wrote a check and put a charge on my AMEX card. Left there at noon and went to check another vehicle. Liked this vehicle much more so decided to purchase it. Called Speedcraft around 2pm and spoke to the salesman (*****) and told him I wanted to CANCEL the deal. He asked for my AMEX card number to put thru a credit and I told him to VOID the check. I find out several says later that they deposited the check and never issued a credit on the 9th or Friday the 10th. GM called me on the 14th and said someone picked up the deposits for that day before they could pull my check and void it. Yet, they never called me to tell me. OK, then why not credit my AMEX card that afternoon or the next day. Would not do business when this dealership again. Why would deposits get picked up before close of business. Makes no sense!!!!

      I spent $2,000 on repairs that were not done properly & prioritized to ensure my safety as promised. After given the runaround by *********************** lighting me to hide her faults & mistakes of hers & the mechanic who worked on my car, ******, she insisted on cutting a deal with me. I refuse to go back. She prioritized the estimate that was thrown in the shred box and is unable to be retrieved. I paid to fix the priorities. Blown left outer boot, replace 2 bald tires, replace rotted oil pan, replace transmission mount & replace back rotors & brake pads. Left my car for 3 days in the shop & expected the priorities done as planned & paid for. I called & drove back but apparently *** and ******, both left for the day early afternoon. *** was out Monday on a medical issue. I was able to speak w/ her next day, highly unprofessional. My boot is still blown. They decided to not make that a priority as my axel itself isnt broken but they fail to understand that this can cause my axle to fail & a major accident. Tire pressure light is still on, my brakes continue to grind. *** mentions they dont bleed brakes unless their flushing the system, but my brakes ************* were replaced. I chose to go w/ aftermarket parts w/ everything but the oil pan as that needed to be factory. I was overcharged for aftermarket brakes & rotors along w/labor more than factory ones & labor. Front under shield is missing that belongs to my car was never put back & now missing. *** asked ******, & apparently it was never there & that he wouldve taken a pic to back himself up but that picture never happened either. That disappeared. She asked to cut a deal w/ me to go half & half on an axel after it all & I refuse to go back. The shop failed to provide factual & knowledgeable service. The shop failed to treat my car with priority. You dont put two brand new tires on a blown boot & not make the boot the first priority of the list. Youve taken advantage of a single mother who works for everything.
