2 starsFirst service man from National, ****, Outstanding. Diagnosed issue. ********** ************** man from National told me the there was no freon leak yet HVAC still short on Freon and shutting down I believe that fellow had a legitimate reason and did his best **** came back and found the exact leak Again a excellent man Signed contract for repair. Already $1000 in for 3 prior visits on problem Had a few questions for head of service. 3 emails, two phone calls. He returned one and said he would get back to me. Did not. Talked to receptionist and was told I was on the board and I would hear back that day I did not Have now canceled the contract and brought in another company. Very unsatisfactory client service The only reason they did not get 1 star was the outstanding work provided by ****Review fromPat L

National's tech, ************, was great. He came to perform a seasonal maintenance check on my AC. He arrived on time, was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend National Refrigeration.**********

Great service for installation of a new heating system. **************** and his team (********************, ************, and **************) were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
