      I ordered hearing aids through Beltone but canceled the order after a few days. I decided that I did not need them at this time. I paid $2,498 dollars on my credit card. They took my info and stated that the refund would take 3 weeks to go back on the card. I waited the 3 weeks and no credit. I called and was told that I would get it any day now. I waited another week, called back and left a message that I had not gotten the credit. No response! Meanwhile, my credit card statement came in and I had to pay the $2,498. I finally called United Healthcare my ******** provider and they told me that they just received the request for credit the day after I called. Five weeks after I canceled the order. Total disrespect for the customer!

      The westerly office has the worst customer service i have ever delt with after my hearing test the tech tried to sell me the most expensive aids that they had but my insurance wouldnt cover them and they asked me to ask them to recomend a different pair so i did but they just requested the same ones that got rejected now im trying to get my hesring test results from them sent to my insurance and myself so i can go somewhere else and its been frustrating to get them im done with them and would highly not recommend them to anyone

      so sorry that I went there in April,2022. Told I needed hearing aides and they called my insurance **** who stated they would pay $2500 towards $2700 chrge. Was told I could not pay cash had to do a Allegro credit chrge, but would not be billed interest if paid in full by 31 Dec,2022 per *************************. Received only $2300, went back to Beltone. ***** stated they would refile as the 1 st time was incorrect. Went back in **** was told ***** quit and they fired the front desk person ****** as he filed the incorrect charges. Went back every 2 weeks to complain that they had not refiled. In Oct sent cheque equaling $2500. . 3 different people at ********************** even emailed their accounting office. Finally, 1st Dec saw **** who stated they had re-done charges and sent it to me thru email to print off and send to insurance co. I did, insurance pd the additional $200 which I sent to Allegro. However, Allegro is billing me $203.75 for late charges. Because of Beltones screwup, I am being penalized.. I am a widow and my family has being helping me pay for these hearing aides.

      We have had the same staff in this location for several years and the office is open.

      We purchase hearing aides from Beltone over a decade ago. We recently upgraded to the layedt technology and have haf nothing but problems They stopped working, turned on and off or had internal wiring issues. My wife visited the office in ************* ** over a dozen time due to problems. The office is open only Wednesday and Friday for appointments which makes it hard to get a timely resolution to a problem. We look forward to a response
