    Had my whole house done with there windows and they are offline shimmy isnt aligned the top windows coming down when opening bottom windows and kitchen windows open crooked. We literally froze this winter with air coming in between where the locks are to close/lock windows. My wife had a window fall on her fingers and crushed them all bruised from trying to keep windows from falling out, she had to grab both windows so they didnt break and the window fell banged on her fingers. The windows are not aligned properly and the company wrote back saying they called us not true and nothing else they can do! We paid 18k for these windows that are garbage. A professional came out and said they didnt align the windows properly and they are off shimmy. There constantly falling off upon opening and cant open bottom the top come down with the bottom open but the air coming through this winter was awful and yes I have contacted them. No one had called or come out to look at our concerns. I have a call log and they certainly arent on it as far as reaching out to us. ******** warranty? Seriously 18k and see you later? Thats really bad company policy besides now my wife dealing with pain from windows falling on her fingers/hands. I want a resolution here this is corruption at its finest !

    Windows that are falling out are not properly engaged. This is a common occurrence and not a warranty issue. There is a fast and easy fix video that is on our website, ****************************. The windows themselves are installed properly and in good working order. Please try the fix in the video to address the poor operation of the windows.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response  is not satisfactory how is that normal? Windows falling out?does not satisfresolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    window fall out and not warranty I cant believe this. My Windows are in bad shape there arent installed properly and I have multiple text emails from and to them regarding these issues. If you notice tthey didnt answer the other problems Im having with the windows. Very dangerous for it to be ok for windows to literally fall out! Im really upset about this situation and the fact they wontt  acknowledge their issues and mistakes.
    Im not happy at all.

    We had Window World install 22 new windows and custom exterior color capping of all 22 window frames. This is to keep the water out and I was told the windows and capping comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee. All the window still have wood exposed to the weather letting water get behind the capping and it is rotting the wood behind the capping. We also had a peace fall off the upper window prompting me to make the call. I've called then 5 times and my wife called 2 times. We started making calls back in Feb. 2023 and was told they will take care of it if they get a job near ********* **. This is turning in to a big problem do to the rotting wood! It's been 7 months and no response from Window World.
