    This morning, this website was running a cyber Monday sale with Whelen products listed at very low prices. I tried multiple times checking out with about $3,000 worth of lights. Every time I attempted to checkout the website just removed everything from my cart. Now that the sale is over and the exact same quantities of products I was trying to purchase are almost double in price, it will let me check out. I tried over chat and over the phone to get this resolved and no one could help me. This is false advertisement, they make you think theyre selling something for a limited time at a good deal but when you go to check out it wont let you. Very misleading.

    No where on the order checkout page does it say signature will be required however this is how it was shipped. It also does not say you cant have it held at a access point down the street. The ONLY thing it says is you can't ship to a different state than the credit card billing address. Our *** account has a shipment release authorization but it says not available due to shipper restrictions. We then tried to have it held for pickup at a access point but that too is restricted by the shipper. We then called Strobes and More and they told us we have to wait home all day for ***. We have never had this issue with anyone else for such a small order, $1,100. We will never be ordering from Strobes and More again.
